Dimash is the best male vocalist in the world and that's a fact. He goes from bass baritone to off the keyboard. He is not an opera singer but is classically trained. He covers every genre including rap so maybe you should look at more of his music before you dismiss him so easily.

​@@drinkandtoke 'Stranger' is a good song to get a bit more of his range in both vocal man style, but there's really not a song written that can match his full range (you can't play his range on a piano.) He had a couple of 'pop' songs as well and had done Queen covers (as well as that blue alien in the '5th element'.) I'm pretty sure when it comes to singing he had no limits, not in styles or anything in the range of human ears ... Plus he had total control over that full range.

When you measure singing abilities, range, control, styles, etc I don't think you can argue there is anyone better ... you can probably say "I prefer listening to X" because they sing the style of music you prefer, or something like that (in my case I'd prefer to put on a Band-Maid playlist because I think in terms of melody and keeping the musical layering true to the melody while still interesting and unexpected they ... in my opinion ... are without peer, but I would never say Saiki is an objectively better singer than Dimash.)

This is 6 years ago, today he fills out stadiums all around the world. Pop style music is a piece of cake for him, as he sings every style from Classical to Rap in 3 hour "live" concerts. Check out the song he wrote as a tribute to his hero Michael Jackson "Give Me Your Love!" I suggest you react to his performance at the Barclay Center in New York in front of 20,000 "Dears" this is the name of his fans. I think you'll both be shocked, as nobody is able to do what he does. He is a music chameleon, 15 different languages, Ukrainian folk, Chinese Opera, you name it. 😀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍

Hi from 🇺🇸. Dimash is considered by vocal coaches and fans from every continent to be the best singer in the world. He has a 7 octive range and can go very high and very low and everything in between. He is considered to be a once in a generation singer. In fact a lot of people's first reaction of him is the word "how" and alot call him an alien because of his unbelievable vocal control and range.

It is about Dimash's crazy control. It's about people that can hit notes LIKE him, but can't KEEP notes like him. Dimash can do pop, for your references, HE CAN DO ANYTHING. We can imagine everything with Dimash.😊

I always have to remind my husband that there are other performers in the world who can do the things that Dimash does, in most cases. But NO ONE can do ALL of the things he can do anywhere near the level in which he does them. They can hit the whistles, for example, but have nothing near his low range.

Lol. Dimash has so many pop songs, operatic songs, classical songs. A few rock type songs and folk songs. You definitely can't judge him from one song. He can go much lower and higher than this song. This song is usually just the introduction to his voice. Although it is one of his staples in his concerts. Sometimes he doesn't do vocal acrobatics at all, just sings. You also have to know, this was on a competition show, so everyone is theatrical in the performances.

It’s in English, quite Michael Jackson, whom he loves He’s done songs for video games, films, adverts etc. what you were watching was in 2017. You couldnt have a clue what this man can do, Lately, he has concentrated on the lower range.

You didn't even see the tip of the iceberg with Dimash. He does in fact do pop, opera, can rap in Kazakh, play multiple instruments, act, compose etc. Do Zhalyn, one of his pop Kazakh songs. He has fans all over the world. He sings in many languages. You simply can not put him in a box. One of his most recent projects is a MV called The Story of One Sky. It took him three years to complete the project which shows the tragedy of war and the need for all people to accept each other and live in peace. He composed the music, the story, did one of the main characters and sang every note although it will sound more like 8 people. It is also performed in English but has subs as well. It is often difficult to watch because it is sad. It is 12 minutes and done in the form of a mini movie more than an MV. It is outstanding. Or you can opt for seeing him do a combo of opera and pop in his first Spanish song live in concert, El Amor En Ti.

Li is a highly trained Chinese singer who specializes in singing woman's parts for the Chinese traditional opera. (There was a time when only men played the woman's parts. Li can also sing normal male range beautifully.) You will hear most of Dimash"s range. This is not a song usually requested at the beginning of the Dimash experience, but I think you will be impressed and amused. It is very entertaining. Drunken Concubine/Diva Dance. Dimash takes the king's part. (Diva Dance is from The Fifth Element.) It is sung in Chinese, but in this case, the lyrics don't matter at this point. Dimash is very versatile, he is into neoclassical crossover genre but he can sing other genres as well. He has a very wide vocal range from bass to whistle register. Listen to All by Myself in his Bastau concert or in New York concert. Greetings from🇵🇭

He can do whatever he wants with his voice. For me Dimash starts when all singing handbooks finish. He is out of any scale normal human singers could be rated by. A 20 out of ten would not be fare enough for him! His style includes everything from rap to opera and he even sings folk music from different countries, so brilliantly that native speaker’s minds go blown away. I don't know what to recommend to you from Dimash's repertoire because I don't know how much you are interested in his work. It's always worth listening to Dimash Qudaibergen because you can learn a lot about music. Whatever you take from his official YT channel, it will be interesting and always a bit different from previous songs. Most often, reactors choose Stranger or Sinful Passion, maybe Ogni Pietra (Olympico) from Igor Krutoy's channel, maybe Samaltau from Toko Jazz, maybe MV Be With Me, or MV Golden. Each of the songs is different.

I think many people are so blindly fighting for Dimash that they fail to realise these guys and everyone has the right to a opinion. They did not say he is rubbish one on the left said he was a brilliant singer but not a pop artist....maybe he is but maybe it would not be the pop he would want to hear. Dimash is a brilliant vocalist world class maybe the best ...however the best is subjective to the ears that are listening to it. Dimash clearly has a unique theatrical talent that does not mean he is the best in every genre. The nature of these guys is also that they drink and toke whilst forming a opinion so the banter and sometimes outlandish language is what you might expect but they still manage to give a coherent review wether it is the same view as the fans or not .......they said they had never heard of him before so let's give them a chance to to explore more of the great Dimash who know there maybe much higher scores in store.....I would personally like to see these two react to "STRANGER" PLEASE ...... Welcome to Dimash world! You haven’t seen anything jet!!! This is about 1/3 or so what he can do! Yepp higher then the piano can go!!!) It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. Some info about Dimash. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English). Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to. Dimash plays multi instruments, sings in I've been told 11 languages and has 7 octaves. Most singers have 2 octaves. His whistle is amazing.

Oh my goodness. He's done pop, folk, r&b, opera even rap sometimes all in one song. Uses vocal fry and mideastern yoddle (the style has a name I can't recall).He could sing heavy metal of he chooses. He does do pop and has done My Heart Has Gone On from Celine Dion. He has done a Michael Jackson like song " Be With Me" where he raps in one part. He has done the alien song out of 5th Element - Diva Dance. He has done stuff from Queen the band. He has done a song for a foreign movie - song called Endless Dimensions. Hi!🙂 Thanks for analysis. This was on Singer 2017, and it was the first episode, first song. He was very nervous (according to backstage video). When I first time heard him singing S.O.S. song, I thought it is a hoax . I also found out he didn't had enough big international repertoire at the time, and he (with help of course) had to prepare 13 songs in 3 month (and there are also some complicated rules I don’t understand and some other obligations besides singing). So he had to impress them, otherwise he would be excluded from the competition. Singer was competition of in China well known singers (all singers are invited). He was invited as a “wildcard”. The young foreigner, not established singer who at the time of this contest (2017) hardly understood any English. With his first performance (S.O.S.), he got huge numbers of fans in China and his career skyrocketed.

Dimash's base technique is classical because he was trained that way from the age of 5, that being said whichever genre he does will have undertones of it. BUT!! he does a mean rap, has a few great pop songs, ballads etc...his songs in Kazac are amazing. He has done osts( movies and series soundtraks) His range vocally and stylistically is vast.

Although it would be easy to say, nope, he even does Show Must Go On by Queen, but I would suggest going on the longer ride and see the development and change This video was from Singer in China. His first really being seen. He sings in something like 17 languages and speaks something around that too. That said, the only real critique most will have is about his diction in a certain language since it's probably not his native tongue (I believe he grew up speaking Kazakhs and Russian). I suggest doing Sinful Passion (it's in Russian) next, then roll your way through Opera2, Olimpico (Italian), Daybreak, and then Contessa/Diva Dance (the impossible song from 5th Element to blow your mind). Each of those are more of just showing different style and voice control, but really good. Then go on a journey of whatever you like Ikanaide (Japanese) is a beautiful love song in a studio setting, One Sky is his first video production and almost done like a mini movie (excellent), Hello (Lionel Ritchey), Hear will go on (Celine), Show must go on (Queen), and depending on tastes you can look at his new stuff and enjoy. I believe so far his range has been from B2 to D8 (off the keyboard and Mariah Carey is jealous territory) His fans will definitely give you plenty of suggestions along the way. By the way, not my normal wheelhouse either, but have listened to his stuff hundreds of times. Also, his 2021 digital show has a little better sound and you can hear his lower register better in that version. Love is like a Dream is another decent one for just a nice listen. One last thing, one of his childhood idols was Michael Jackson. Grab a drink and hang on
