I recommend Off to the Races, American, Born to Die, Ride and Summertime Sadness. But if you want to listen to a whole album, I'd go with "Born to Die" first, which is a masterpiece and should for sure have gotten a lot more recognition when it came out more than 10 years ago. This woman is really really special. She creates movies, not songs.

I haven't seen anyone else mention it, but the visuals for this video are heavily inspired by the 1940 disney movie Fantasia which had a series of sequences of animation and visuals set to classical music. Specifically this was based on the part which is to Bach's Toccata and Fugue with the orchestra and lights.
