As a Swede what is this Heresy! Kannelbullar ......, When applying the cream use a Brush to coat it. If you had applied the cream before making the rools you would have made roll cake. But to have those buns with cream toppings makes them not Kannelbullar. Okay read up this is the bastardized ameircan version .. what is it with Americans to cover everything in sauce or toppings. ( In Sweden Kannelbullar or cinnamon rolls are a staple that like grandmas make or you have to fika so to see it like this was shocking!
