If that is the 19HP Briggs, ya better change oil out SAE 30, every 50 hours and watch that air filter. It will last but needs TLC for commercial use. It does not like heat and dirt. And oil naturally gets dirty with time in that engine. Even if it looks clean, it is not. GREAT, simple mower thou.
