if you are wondering why kratos didnt die at the end, its cuz he was cursed to never be able to kill himself when he first became the god of war, so pretty much the curse saved him

The camera angle changed bcs (and Im not 100% sure but I think that) in the god of war (1-3) they was expressing how small kratos is compared to the world around him bcs he was mostly a human and in the new god of war and Ragnarok it is closer to show that Kratos is a god and he is big compared to the world
