You guys are blowing a joke on j hope way too out of proportion lol my biases are rm and j hope. Up until this vid I didn’t even get to see Suga’s rapping skills. But me saying that Suga is my favorite rapper doesn’t mean that j hope isn’t my favorite dancer or that he might be more talented in vocals. Of course not everyone is going to misunderstand my comment. But if you think I’m some sort of hater towards j hope you haven’t seen enough of my vids. Edit: People seem to think when I said he’s gotta go i was talking about from the group, it was meant like moved from my bias to bias wrecker. Before I had him as my bias wrecker. Hope you guys understand, otherwise that’s all I can really explain. Negativity won’t progress us any further I hope you guys understand that spreading hate or negativity towards anyone isn’t my objective. Even if you’re upset and wish ill upon me I’m still going to wish the best for you and hope you have a great rest of your day! 💜

Yeah, its sad seeing anyone put Hobi down and say he's not a good rapper in his own right. Poor baby doesn't deserve having people say things like that too/about him. ALL of BTS are integral to the group, the family, and all are incredible in their own rights. I love Hobi's casual flow (which he can switch up as shown in his mixtape) and his vocals are so soothing. Suga is one of the fastest rappers out there, and can also manipulate his voice in amazing ways while switching said flow. RM has incredible wordplay and layered meaning (and can also switch up his flow at a drop of a beat (rather than a hat). They all bring something incredible to the table and don't need to be pitted against each other.

can you stop downplaying jhope?? there’s no need to pit the rap line against each other. like go check out 1verse. it’s okay to have a preference or a fave but to say that one member isn’t as talented as the rest isn’t okay. hobi has woke lyrics too but they just flew over your head, if you want you can check some lyric sites which analyses it. he also has the best flow of the rapline. yes he wasn’t an underground rapper but don’t you think starting with no rapping experience to being on par and in a group with those talented rappers is a feat in itself? hobi is literally called the golden hyung too, not only is he amazing at rap, he dances and sings too. i understand that you probably didn’t mean it like that, but every time you pit the members against eachother it fuels solo stans and their agendas. armys believe that each member are equally talented but we all ofc have our own preferences and bias. we don’t tolerate anyone trying to hype up their bias by bashing another member. namjoon and yoongi would never feel as though hoseok is beneath them so how could you? hoseok is just as talented as namjoon and yoongi. seokjin and taehyung are just as talented as jimin and jungkook. when you make comments in your vids saying that we are sleeping on so and so, the reality is that you were sleeping on them and that you just happened to recognise their talent.

“Better” In terms of what ? Lyrics ? Flow ? Punchlines ? Spits ? Rythm ? Doubletime ?Does he write/produce himself ? Realness ? Message ? After listening to RM's stuff for years, he seems like the guy that focuses more on lyrics and message (Do you, whole Mono tape). I describe him as 'intelligent rapper' because of how clean, swift, and smooth his rapping style is. It varies from song to song; but in general, I hear his rapping style as 'technical' and 'well calculated'. Suga is the definition of 'strong', 'fierce' and 'bold' rapper. Yoongi’s lyrics are really emotional and it seems like he uses/d hip hop as a coping mechanism. I've never seen someone in K-hiphop as aggressive as him when it comes to rap. I think Hobi doesn't take rapping as intensely serious as the other two. Ultimately he is a true dancer at heart and one of the very best in Kpop may I say. His style greatly varies from the other 2. His intent is a different one altogether. All his raps sound like they’re made for dancing, there's always clear beats and rhythm wherein u feel like a dance move would 'hit'. It’s supposed to make you feel excited and even happy in the moment, but some of his songs are actually sad or heartwarming, but you wouldn't know it unless you pay attention to the lyrics. I’d say he is the most versatile among the 3, I can remember when BWL came out and many felt like Suga and RM’s rap style didn’t fit into the bubblegum pop type of song this was. J-Hope always adapts his rapping styles to the melody and purpose of the song and even when the song is supposed to be aggressive like UGH or emotional like Tear he can bring that out too. But his style is certainly more about the music than a poetical lyricism. He's not "the best", but he IS interesting and I think a lot of people underestimate that quality in rap or any type of genre tbh. There's always something new every time you hear him and even during his verses he constantly switches up his flow so you really never know what around the corner and it never gets boring listening to him. He has found his own style, and the facts that his unpredictable rap always puts you in a good mood and makes you want to move your body, those things truly make his style exceptional.

hey, the "gotta go" part was definitely a joke. And I do respect your opinion on it but I don't think he meant to put Jhope down or say that J hope is bad at rapping, not at all. HObi is incredible on his own but there's always someone who will be better at certain skills. RM and Yoongi really came from a HIP Hop background, they've been doing raps even long before joining BTS and also, this is a reaction channel, obviously, critics will come along. I mean if I have to be honest, I can't deny the fact that RM and Yoongi are better rappers but at the same time, I don't mean Hobi is horrible at all. @@indielove_2433 You THINK they're better rappers. Hoseok has created a style that's all his own. He has proven he has impeccable flow (unique, new flows too that are immediately identifiable as his own), he has incredible speed, his lyrics are deep and playful, and he has arguably the MOST versatility when it comes to tone and inflection. You might not like his rap as well. That's totally fine. But he's been rapping for A DECADE (since he was 15!!) and he is so skilled at it. And he did come from a hip hop background. Maybe he wasn't an underground rapper but he won a national championship for hip hop dance. He grew up listening to the same artists as RM and Suga. He created his own genre of rap and maybe it's not your taste but his mastery is unquestionable. I agree that they all have their individual strengths. I think that's why they're the best unit as a whole. But people constantly take their discomfort or unfamiliarity with J-Hope's style, project that aesthetic preference onto him and label it a "failing" or "lacking" on his part, attribute that to his 2-3 less years of rap experience than the other's, and feel totally justified in saying RM & Suga are in a different league. It's disrespectful to his artistry and talent. Period.

First k-soloist to have a single (CNS) entering hot 100. Most followed k-soloist on Spotify. First BTS member to have achieved #1 on iTunes in both UK and US with CNS. 3rd k-soloist to have most #1s on iTunes surpassing PSY. Most streamed album (Hopeworld) for a k-soloist. Played the major role in songs like mic drop, Dionysus etc. Got appreciated by the Grammy winning artist, Questlove for CNS and so on. I think some of these so called 'Armys' here who are taking this damn reactor's side, didn't even know what J-Hope went through in the past years, where there are a lot of people who said that 'he have to leave the group or he's not needed' pretty close statement to what this reactor said ("He ain't even close", "J-Hope's gotta go"). He even saw that and apologized for not being good enough and that just hurt me so much that because there are people who thinks that they are entitled of their opinions made J-Hope think that he is less than his members. So if you're a true Army it's really not acceptable to take this "ridiculous joke" lightly, we want Hobi to feel that he is important and needed because he reeeeaaally is. BTS will not be BTS if J-Hope is not there, even RM and the other members said and acknowledged that, that they will not be where they are if J-Hope was not there.

hui he’s a new Kpop fan he doesn’t understand how it works here yet, he’s treating them how he would treat a western artist and people aren’t cool with it. Kpop fans are on another level when it comes to this kind of stuff. That’s why I think it’s not a big deal. And the gotta go thing was pretty obviously about his bias list or top rapper position (which tends to be the same thing for new male Kpop reactors) and to be honest, namgi are on another level with their rap skills, just like nobody can even touch jhopes dance skills. Everyone knows jhope is the best dancer, does that make Jimin a bad dancer, no (in fact Jimin is my bias, so does it make me upset when people say he’s not the best dancer in the group, sure, but that doesn’t make them Jimin haters). Namgi are incredible rappers (as is jhope) but they have more experience and I think it shows, jhope has indeed come a long way, and I think now he’s risen to the point where taste is really the deciding factor on who is the best rapper. Ranking people or comparing skills is totally fine, the way he went about it may have been a little crude, but like I said, he’s only been doing reactions for a couple months, and Im just going to assume he doesn’t put extra time into understanding fandoms or group interactions. Also, this is the way he talks in all his videos. It’s just the way he speaks, you have to apply context there, that’s what I mean by learn, don’t take every word at face value.

J-Hope has this tone to his voice that is just so unique. RM and Suga also have great flow and are standouts in the rap genre, but I think JHope occupies this niche between melody and beat, sliding between the two effortlessly. There are a number of artists with a “singing rap” whom I’ve found annoying after a while because they have too little variety. But Hobi definitely does not have that problem.

I think you just need to understand that BTS isn’t a competition, none of the members see each other as competitors and ARMYs don’t compare them or put them against each other. There isn’t a ‘best rapper’ because all 3 are so wildly different, they have different styles and flows, and all of their solo music is totally different. Like, this video was about Agust D, there was no need to even mention Jhope or RM, you don’t need to make it competition *especially* regarding their solo work. You can say who you personally prefer, that’s fine, but stop making it a competition because BTS are a team and all members are equally talented.
