We have always loved Angelina's perfect imperfections. Was an awesome surprise to have Scott sing a couple songs before Angelina took the stage and then this wonderful duet. Angelina sang 21 songs, including two new originals, "Thank You" and "What Am I to You". She also talked a lot between songs, mostly about the tough emotional period, in her life in recent times. Sara, her mom, confirmed to a few angels at the meet & greet, that it was about her divorcing her husband.

There was at least one rehearsal that was shown on TikTok by them. The bigger news, it was teased on TikTok that Angelina, Scott, and Toby are working on a new song together! First time I saw this video, my 2 worlds collided...Angelina and Pentatonix? WHAT??? LOL Toby actually thinks very highly of Angelina. Britt! you really should have been there! This duet was a real surprise and to have the intro from Toby - you can't get better than that! As you say, there was little sign of rehearsal, they sort of worked it out as they went along, they mostly got the lyrics, but what they did bring was the feelings - the emotions that the story is built upon. Just a side note -Angelina found someone to sing with that is taller than her - Scott is 6'3", even taller than Toby who is also above 6 feet tall...

Hi Britt, I also liked the way Angelina is in touch with her fans so strongly. She noticed they were singing along so she holds the Mic towards them ? She does it a few times then stops and finishes the song. If she kept doing it after a while some old fuddy Dud like me in the audience would say WTF we came here to hear you sing what did I pay 200.00 for me to sing? Hi Britt, On the second course the lyrics are my heads under water but I feel fine again ? Scott Fuked up and sang My heads on the table ? At that point Toby looked over at Angelina and she kinda backed away from the mic like Im not in on this flub? But as a professional Angelina is she just went to the next verse and continued and finished the song. Brilliant. It reminds me of when she was 8 years old covering I'll be there when she had a bad cold and couldnt hit alot of notes but went on anyway sick and performed sick as a dog cuz it was for charity. She tried to hit a high note and her voice shattered , I felt so bad for her, But she just went to the next verse and lowered her tone like a trooper. Any adult would have ran off the stage and never come back. God Bless her. She's the G.O.A.T. IMO, Great reaction Britt.

Great, great reaction Britt -- so intelligent and perceptive. I completely agree that there was very little rehearsal between AJ and Scott -- but they found their mutual rhythm. The really, really incredible thing is that I think AJ really pulled Scott into the song -- she was much more accommodating, and based on Scott's reaction he really understood that.

Hi Britt You are correct. Scott forgot how the second verse went, he said head on the table its supposed to be head under water ? I seen a different reactor react to this song with a wider camera shot where Toby was in the shot . Toby looked at Angelina she looked back at Toby and she just carried on like nothing happened. Only music buffs like you or angels like me would catch that flub? I guess even Scott got nervous on the stage playing for Toby ? LMFAO Scott is notorious for forgetting lyrics! I’ve seen Pentatonix in concert 10 times and I don’t think I’ve gone to a show where he hasn’t messed up the lyrics at least once. The rest of the band make fun of them all the time for it.😂

I read a rumour today that Angelina might be opening for Pentatonix on a future tour. Probably too good for one stage, but we can only hope. Personally, I think they both deserve their own top billing, but it would be one heck of a show. Both Angelina and Scott are songwriters, and with Toby in the mix, maybe they could produce an original instead of a cover, Wouldn't that be fun?
