Frank Gonzales Travelling Man. 10 yrs old little girl, waking up in the room, where I shared a room with big sister who was senior prom queen. That day was her big day, going with her boy friend, who later introduced me to the Eaverly Bros. What I loved was how she'd introduce music to me. In the early morning hours of school days... Wake up to music, & watching my beautiful sister through sleepy eyes and all, with the sounds of Dream Dream Dream, My sis singing along as she teased her hair mile high into a flip. I was in love with her transistor radio, and her style. My big sis was way before the times... May she RIP, she passed recently in accident. She had Grace & Easy G "You, don't own me"...playing when car was hit. It was one of her favorites from the 60's by Leslie Gore. Gail adored minis... From Eaverly Brother to Quuen's "I love you". I had a huge school girl crush on so many singers back then. But when EB's sing "Let II Be Me" my poor little girl heart would melt. Very dramatic for a 8-10 it old. Also Donnie Osborne in "Go Away Little Girl" waking up to his words "I know that you lips are sweet, but our lips must never meet" Oh I was only 8-9 and tears fell hard at the thought. Sweet memories My big sis would tell me... "Oh Pixie (she would say I was a beautiful. Little Pixie Girl) I bet one day lol did, you will meet him, but by then... You'll havr 10 different crushs. I promise you. And plenty of boys will be out to grab your heart. Many a heartthrob. Then She'd spritz me with her #5, kiss my. Lips gentle as she'd squeeze them to pucker, and gently "pink me" with her Lipstick, and say there now. Your pretty as a pixie grl. Then she'd run off to school. I so loved her, so beautiful... Losing her, was like losing my heat. I love you sis. Thank you for the great memories! Can you do "Grace & Easy G" You Don't Own Me? 💞🙏💘💫🕊️
