This song was the first to have 6th generation members Fujimoto Miki, Kamei Eri, Tanaka Reina, and Michishige Sayumi. The member you were talking about at 4:45 is Yoshizawa Hitomi.

For the members: The first one that starts is Tanaka Reina, she has most of the lines and is easily seen with the red jacket. Takahashi Ai is the second voice and has a yellow short. Michishige Sayumi is the one that has the first spoken line. The one that sings the first refrain is Fujimoto Miki, considered one of the best vocals of the group at that time, and then concluding the first part is Abe Natsumi, which was the center of most of their songs at that time. The one with the adlib was Ogawa Makoto. The second part is started by Niigaki Risa, but before the woh woh woh comes from Kago Ai, then after Risa as Reina Kamei Eri and again Miki together with Yoshizawa Hitomi kicks in, and then goes into Kago and Tsuji Nozomi, and concluding Ishikawa Rika. The one who sings the second refrain so aggressively is Yaguchi Mari, she was known as the smallest of the members despite being the third oldest, also Rika is the one with the monologue. In the third section Yoshizawa has a longer part, which is continued by Iida Kaori, leader of the group and easily acknowledgable by height and her long hair, which she wore during her tenure. Last one is Konno Asami which has the doro kunai line. I hope this helps. Some of them have more and some just little lines.
