Ricky Gervais created and starred in a show called The Office here in the UK in the early 2000's. The Office with Steve Carrell is a US remake of that UK show that started later on in 2005. The 'beef' between him and Steve is all a joke though, they're both in on it!

@@CVTECK1 The Office was originally a UK tv show, it was eventually a massive success and got bought by MANY different nations including the US. The setup for it translates well internationally, almost everyone's worked in an office and had weird colleagues. It also made Ricky incredinly wealthy. It's worth checking out the animated XFM stuff with Karl Pilkington and THEN Idiot Abroad.

Steve Corell supposedly accepted the EMMY as Ricky couldn't be there. When Ricky wanted it, Steve didn't want to give it to him. Graham Norton is a British talk show host.

Easy, Ricky wrote the office for the UK, sold it to the US then re-wrote and adapted it for the US cast. Rick wasn't there to collect his Emmy, Steve got it, the they made a big gag of him bitching at Steve, wanting the trophy, (he's got a shed load anyway) it was a piss take, as we Brits are renowned for doing, check Ricky At the 2020 Golden globes, hos retelling of NOAHs ark, woke humour. 😅

Yeah. You are pretty spot on here. This compliation does not make much sense. Ricky is definately one of the more savage big comedians out there, but this compilation was just weird. Not even close to his hardest things. With that said, I don't really know if there is a good compilation of his most savage moments, the Golden Globe presentations are really good though, watching those are never wrong. :)
