The 1st time that I heard Struggle, I thought "Wow, that's the white DMX!" His voice gives me actual chills. He has an amazing story too. Grandson of Country music royalty but grew up in poverty, Dad was murdered by his Aunt when he was a kid, went through addiction & prison. Then got out & rose up! I absolutely love him & LOOOVE this song. You should also check out his duet with his daughter Brianna "Have you ever seen the Rain"

Adam Calhoun, Struggle Jennings, and Caitlynne Curtis put out "Climbing Mountains" not too long after this one. Followed by Struggle and Caitlynne's "Cries of the Crusaders". Struggle used "Cries of the Crussders" in a bar on the Tom Macdonald "In God We Trust" that you reacted to.

I'm not a fan of rap , nor am I a Christian, but I respect the fact that these artists don't use foul language to get their message across. I do like the voices of the singers and would like to hear them singing something outside of the rap genre. Thanks for reacting to them.

Yelawolf is in the video. They've been friends a long time. I first discovered Struggle Jennings over 10 years ago when he and Yela did a remix of Waylon Jennings' "Outlaw Shxt". I was excited to discover Struggle was Waylon's grandson (step-grandson) and that remix was great. But then I scrolled to the comments and was bummed out to see people talking about him having just been sentenced to prison for 5 years, for a big drug bust. I thought 5 years would take forever to go by, but I forgot about it and time seemed to fast forward, and I rediscovered him with Jelly Roll doing a great song called "Fall in the Fall". I was blown away by how much he changed physically and vocally. Then he eventually did a song called "The Good Die Young" which had a moment in it that was reminiscent of the "Outlaw Shxt" video that he released right before going to prison. That song made me reflect about how I watched him basically did a 180° over the past 10 years, and was proud of him for it.

When the masses learn what’s been happening to our children you will understand why struggle, myself and many others are ready willing and able to die on our feet. This is why he says, q for heavens sake because if that fails, we are only left with dying on our feet. One way or another this ends now. If you don’t know, you will soon. And not many understand just how urgent the need for God is. You are living thru perhaps the greatest conflict humanity has ever known and most don’t even realize a war is going on let alone why. Time to wake up and pick a team. It’s coming, harm children you leave the planet. Period! Tic toc

Love your reactions Brit... I have faith in both God and the people...God works through people and does for us what we can NOT do for ourselves. I think we are still at the point where we need to stand up and do what is right ourselves. For good to triumph over evil has always required sacrifice from the people. Freedom isn't free.

I had an uncle just like this guy. He was rough tough, a war vet, and he used to preach to us about being a great citizen. He died in 2009 from a massive heart attack as he was mowing his wife's name into his back yard to show his adoration for her. My cousin tried to save him with CPR, but it was a widow maker heart attack. He was dead before he hit the ground. Great reaction, you always make me smile.

Hey Britt! You just popped up in my feed, this is now the 2nd time. I subbed, i find you absolutely adorable, and through the other vid i saw you are married and have a newly born. Congrats to you and your family and wish you guys nothing but the best. As I'm an otr driver i generally don't have much time for vids and even responding. With more time I'll look through your Playlist but want to throw some names at ya real quick. Patriotic, you'll find artists like 3 doors down, 3 days grace, 5 finger death punch, and many others. I've always been a big fan of what's called symphonic metal, nightwish is one of my favorites especially with floor Jansen (if you haven't seen them yet pick anything from the '13 live from wacken album, ghost love score is most common starting point). I wish you much success in your endeavors here and everywhere.

I love how you said at the end of the day, at some point you are going to have to answer for what you've done, whether it by karma, by judicial system, losing sleep at night. It's the truth No matter whether you believe in God or not, you will answer for what you've done, in some kind of way you will answer. I believe in God, but I also believe in karma, and it will also come back on you worse than anything yo have ever done.. You will face judgement, no matter what you believe, its just a matter of how it happens, in life or death.
