I love S&G, have all my life. As a teenager I was blown away by the Album 'Bridge over Troubled Water'. However, I was spell bound at this performance. I have never heard anything/anyone like this man. So as a result I have spent the last 3 hours listening to all Toms performances I could find on KZbin .......... Just beyond beyond. The Golden buzzer means that the act goes straight to the finals. On the regular AGT there are 5. Four judges and then Terry. On this one there is only 4 because of only 3 judges.

There is a Asian contest that had 36 men vying to get retcord contracts. It was back in the end of 2019 where 3 men sang this same song. Please check it out on SUPER VOCAL, SOUND OF SILENCE. The first guy has a rather deep voice and they blended so well together.

Vocal acrobatics, flippin & dippin absolutely DETRACT from a vocal performance. Fact. Example: ANYTHING that Christina Aguilera touches. She RUINS everything that comes out of her mouth, as she can't stop from irritating & grating vocal tricks. TRUE talent - such as Tom Ball, or Michael Buble, strike you with the tonal purity of their voice and harmonic choices that they make that capture your soul and take you on a journey.
