Thank you for reacting to XG, they are not exactaly Kpop (the girls are all Japanese and consider thenselves a global group) but XG promote in korean music shows and follow the same formula of Kpop (choreographys, rap, same music structure) and that's why they are popular among kpop public. They are an amazing group since debut, but found their identity with Shooting Star... Left Right and New Dance are mu favorite songs, they are so fun and catchy. Now changing the subjct: I'm still wainting for a Twice reaction hahaha you guys already know their leader, Jihyo. Hope you get to know the hole group know xD I can't Stop Me and Feel Special are between my favorite of then

This SONG at first wasn’t my favorite but now I love this FREAKIN SONG. I listen to it like 10-15x a day it’s ridiculous how I love these talented girls. This SONG trended in 27’ Countries when it came out. TY for reacting to XG’s “TGIF”. 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️‍🔥🇺🇸🐺

Oh boy, this is nothing compared to their other choreos. May I suggest starting from the beginning. Their debut song was Tippy Toes, then Mascara, Shooting Star, Left Right, GRL GVNG, TGIF and last but not least New Dance. They also have other contents such as Tapes (rap line), Vox (vocal line) and Move. On that, they showcase their dancing skills. This group can be mistaken for Dance Crew. But they sing and rap. When they rap, it’s in 3 languages. English, Japanese and Korean. Take a deep dive on their contents, you guys won’t be disappointed. Also, they are releasing their first mini album at the end of this month

I absolute love “TGIF” at first I did not get it…but I love these Japanese “Xtraordinary Girls”. XG is Xpop a new genre concept by XGALX from AVEX JAPAN 🇯🇵. They are a Global Girl Group and their Executive Producer, Simon is a former Kpop idol and was determined to create a different type of Girl Group. I believe they posted this dance performance in LA. Because they had several live performances in LA at the time. Thank you for reacting to XG. 🙋🏻‍♀️🇺🇸❤️‍🔥

I'd say after BLACKPINK, a lot of folks are tuning into XG as another potential GLOBAL GROUP, especially with that being XG's aim. XG is an acronym for Xtraordinary Girls and they are NOT A KPOP GROUP but a global girl group under XGALX management through their label AVEX based in Japan. They debuted on March 18, 2022 with their 1st single “Tippy Toes.” They are all JAPANESE but promote in Korea and technically they are a "J-POP" group but even still they claim their status as being global. Also, they only sing in all ENGLISH for this reason. XG's concept is based on wolves because their fandom name is ALPHAZ. The members represent themselves as a “pack of wolves” as in their debut song “Tippy Toes” one member named Juria actually sings a line “we’re a pack every part of her is part of me” and naturally speaking we as humans don’t say we’re part of “packs” as we use that more for like a group of wolves or like a pack of objects. XG even quoted within their fandom name's official announcement that the wolf symbolizes their group being XG. The members used this as a say to also relate this to us a fandom as well when they said “the leader of a pack of wolves is called the Alpha. The name of the fandom is "ALPHAZ", a word that unites all fans who relate to XG. 'We a pack' and will start a movement worldwide.” Also, in some parts of the MV you see them wearing WOLF MASKS. So, that is some background info for them as a group. Their producer who makes all this happen name is Simon Jakops. If u don’t know, Simon Park (aka known Simon Jakops) is half Korean and Japanese but is a kpop rapper/vocalist and former member of a boy kpop boy group called “DMTN” (Dalmatian). They debuted in 2010 with a single "Round 1". It was reported that “since 2013 they're formally in hiatus and in 2020 they reassembled to celebrate their 10th anniversary and relesed a single song "Never Forget”.” Moreover, Simon Jakops is the CEO of XGALX, the agency behind XG. He put a lot of time and effort into these girls and they are definitely worth it, they are great. You guys should check out their personal rap and vocal film performances (they’re called XG TAPES), and their other mvs “mascara”, “tippy toes”, “shooting stars”, and their most recent track “New Dance.” Also, a lot of these hand movements and poses are from LGBTQ+ ballroom culture known as VOGUING! They incorporated this art of dance in their MV. The 7 MEMBERS of the “pack” haha: 0:31 Jurin (21 years old,Leader, Lead Rapper, Main Dancer, Vocalist) 2:04 Cocona (youngest member at 17 years old, Main Rapper, Maknae) 0:24 Harvey (20 years old, the only mixed member as she was born in Japan but half-japanese due to her mom and half white-Australian due to her dad, Main Rapper, Sub-Vocalist) 2:12 Chisa (21 years old, Main Vocalist, Sub-leader) 3:23 Juria (18 years old, Main Vocalist) 0:38 Hinata (21 years old, Sub-Vocalist, Main Dancer) 1:50 Maya (18 years old, Lead Vocalist, Rapper, also the only member who is actively fluent in English. She does most of the talking at English spoken interviews. They are all good but Maya is the most fluent because she attended an international school based in Japan called Seisen where they mainly speak English!) STAN XG !!!

I highly recommend reacting to two songs by Dreamcatcher, "Scream" and "Bon Voyage" I think you will find them interesting. Both songs show their diversity in genre.

hi, just to give a lil introduction of the girls. xg is an all japanese girl group consisting of 7 members. 4 in the rapline and 3 in the vocal line. their biggest inspirations are rnb/hiphop artists from the 90s, such as aaliyah, ciara, tlc, bone thugs-n-harmony, mj, mary j blige, etc. they debuted last year and all of the official songs they released are in english. then, they also put out extra content, where they sing or rap in three languages: english, korean, japanese (TAPE, VOX, MOVE) if you wanna react to more xg stuff definitely react to the other songs: tippy toes, mascara, shooting star, left right, grl gvng, new dance. the last two songs (++ tgif, which you already reacted to) i mentioned in the list are pre-release songs for their upcoming first mini album releasing on sept. 27th. ps. the TAPE, VOX and MOVE videos are definitely worth a watch, so i recommend you check them in the future as well. they showcase more of their talent in rapping, singing and dancing - TAPE #1, #2, #3-A, #3-B (rap videos) - VOX #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 (singing covers) - MOVE #1, #2, #3, #4 (dance covers) hope this wasn't too overwhelming!
