If I tell you that I have listened to her at least 2700 of those days I am not lying. She is almost like a drug. I need my daily shot(s) of Angelina to be really happy. I'm 67, I've been following this young lady for 6 years. I've heard her sing this at least a hundred times, but watching you react, I was wiping the tears along with you. If you decide to continue reacting to Angelina, you will find that she has a way of drawing tears from you with a lot of songs. I've never heard a singer that can put the feeling and emotion into a song like she does. With her, you don't just hear the song, you feel the song. I listen to a lot of different music, but I only watch reactions to Angelina. From her first time in a studio at 6 years old, to her present age of 15 (16 on Jan. 10th) she will amaze you and leave you asking how? She refers to her fans as her "Angels" and has sang barefoot in public since she met a young orphaned, homeless girl her age in the middle east weighing people to earn money for her and her siblings. Angelina gave the girl a favorite pair of her shoes and the girl said she would pray for Angelina every day, but Angelina must not forget her. Now she sings barefoot in remembrance of that girl and all other children in need. At 9 years old she wrote a book about this event and became Norway's youngest published author. Nearly all the proceeds from that book have been donated to charity, along with the many concerts she did for children. She is not just an amazing singer, but an amazing person also. Many people forget that she is only 15 years old today because she is so mature for her age. No need to hurry, I'm sure Angelina has good people around her. I think everyone on her team including the record company (Republic Records), slows down a bit with marketing her. She is so good anyway, so she can not be ignored. Great reaction. Heidi gave her the Golden Buzzer but she did not win. Many believe because she would not sign any contracts which is pretty much a must. Angelina and her family would not do but the show wanted her to appear that they finally relented and almost begged to get her on the show. You are far from the first to cry upon hearing Angelina sing for the first time. She has a way of touching your heart, no matter what song she sings. When she released her original song, Million Miles, I listened to it over and over, all day long, and sobbed and sobbed. (A song she wrote after the death of her dearly beloved grandfather, and which she dedicated to all those who had ever lost a loved one.) When I was done, I felt cleansed and lighter. I truly believe this young woman is a gift from God to the world, not only for her amazing musical talent, but for her humble soul.

Exactly my reaction and thoughts when I saw this performance for the first time. 🤯 With that voice and talent she's going places, no doubt about it, it's just a matter of time. I'm well aware that there are tons of other talented artists that proved themselves on other shows, but this young artist has caught my attention in particular, because as you said it yourself: _"she sings directly to your soul"_ . Angelina's musical understanding and her way of becoming one with music is off the charts, especially at that age, I've never seen anything like this in my life. Now, I know that others will tell you a lot about Angelina, but one of the most amazing features about this young lady in my opinion is her humbleness. You have fallen into the vortex of Angelina Jordan who arguably brings the most confident, versatile, seemingly effortless, and fearless vocal artistry found today (whether measured across artists, genres, or decades). You may think this an exaggeration but listen to a few more of her many performances (135+ covers plus original songs - all on YT) and you will see! She has been performing at a high level all over the world since age 8 when she won Norway's Got Talent singing Billie Holiday , Nancy Sinatra , and Gershwin. It is the rare singer that can, as Angelina has done, go from Queen to "Screamin" Jay Hawkins to Adele to Elvis to Whitney Houston to Michael Jackson to Etta James to James Brown to Amy Winehouse (and many others in between) and do them all justice! If you want to hear music, listen to anyone. If you want to feel music, listen to Angelina. She will stagger you with her ability to find and bring forth the 'essence', the emotional message of nearly any song. You have far to go with Angelina. She is equally comfortable and equally able to impact us whether singing a cappella, accompanied only by a piano or guitar, in front of professional studio musicians or a 40 piece military band. With her immense vocal toolkit, arranging ability (yeah, that too, since about 8yo or so) and the work ethic to make what she does only 'seem' effortless, she will hopefully be touching hearts for a long time to come. Wait until you find out why she performs barefooted. A great honest reaction! She did this to me as well when I first heard her sing this when it first aired on January of 2020. Many people have felt and said the same thing so you are not alone. I'm a 51 year old man and she make me cry/tear up every time I hear her sing. She knows how to pull the emotions out of people. She is 15 years old now and even getting better. Oh honey you just met the one person you cant live witbout. She is magic and all she wants is to sing for the world. She 15 now, soon 16 in January, and has 150 covers plus her originals. She does all her own arrangements. She doesn't wear shoes when she performs to remind herself of the all child in need in the world as she gave her shoes to a young girl when she was six in Iran when visiting with her Grandmother. She wrote a book about it and became Norways youngest author. She plays 4 instruments and started singing to jazz music at 18mons. She was sent here by the gods! And we thank them everyday!

Angelina won the golden buzzer for this cover, but she did not win the competition. Check out her fist studio performance when she was six years old. She covered a Tom Jones song, “I Who Have Nothing” and it is astonishing. Six year old Norwegian, Angelina is doing her best to singing this song in English. It’s also remarkable to see that six year old Angelina is also reading the adult level lyrics, in English while she is singing.

Move chronologically in moderate increments for the first 5-15 (depending on your interest and commitment) songs and enjoy watching her progress. It takes a little time to let this much talent sink in and you will build some anticipation among your viewers. She has more than 200 performances worth watching. the best part of this performance is not the magnificent acapela, all the beautiful riffs and runs, or the captivating belt, etc... It that simple rendition of 'I don't wanna die...'
