Just what Aileen said. 👍 Thank you Bloodywood! You are the daily fuel in my life-drive. if i had a bad day at work, if i feel like i'm not good enough for other people, because of some (mostly minor) mistakes i've made ... then listening to your songs on my way home is my remedy against bad thoughts or self-doubt so it won't follow me home! Forever grateful 🤘😎

@@FMJaqenHghar As Bloodywood sang, only through the trials of fire is iron forged. Each day makes you stronger and stronger. A little extra on this as my grandparents say; "Never let the bastards get you down". You can make it day to day, I'm sure of it and my best wishes whenever you feel down. Know there is others out there dealing with th same wishing you the best

the female singer at the end is Archy J, aka The Snake Charmer. she is actually the best bagpipes player of this generation, and combines traditional Celtic music with traditional Indian music. it was actually her collaborations with Raoul that led me to Bloodywood. highly recommend her cover of "Hallelujah" and and original song "Nageena".

That's a flute we call it 'Basuri' natively nd i must tell u it's one of the most important instrument in Indian music, culture nd folklore, for us it's like whenever u hear someone playing flute melodically, u leave all yr work ng gets completely indulged, completely submerged into it physically nd mentally, socially, emotionally. Our love with flute goes back to thousands-lakhs of year one of our God Lord Krishna played flute it's related to him well it's a different story

I’ll try to hit the things I might be able to contribute - yes, they are self produced, Karan the guitarist/flute player handles that. They also do their own videos, there’s a “making up f” on their channel for this one. That is a DBZ reference, they’re nerds/gamers too. If you’d like to see a good showcase of Jayant’s range in the cleans, check out Yaad, have tissues handy, it’s very emotional, also stick around for the post video bit, the message there is really touching and tells you a lot about who and how they are as people.

If you want another very unique metal band to check out after Bloodywood I cannot recommend Babymetal and Alien Weaponry enough. Seeing Alien Weaponry live blew me away - way better than when I saw Journey, Foreigner, Avenged Sevenfold, or Garth Brooks. They're a Maori metal band from New Zealand most of their lyrics are in the Maori language. Babymetal is Kawaii metal from Japan and I can honestly say pretty much no two songs of theirs are alike, but my favorites are Pa Pa Ya, Shanti Shanti, and Headbanger (the Legend 1997 live version is great to react to)
