KSE is the best metalcore band. Period. Howard Jones in one of the best metal singers ever. He needs to tour with the pop singer, Howard Jones, and they can cover each other's songs. Adam, the lead guitarist, is the creative genius behind the band. He used to be the drummer, then shifted to guitar. He sings incredible backing vocals, and he produces their music. This is a rabbit hole well worth diving into.

This song was in resident evil... so yes. made for commercial success lol. Howard has on eof the best voices in metal ever. a bit of trivia here... both Howard and Phil Labonte tried out for this band. Considering Phil ended up in another one of the largest metal bands of the 2ks (All That Remains), I can only imagine how insane the choice between them must have been. Also, Howard is now doing another project you should check out. Sion "The Blade" is the song to check out. even this many years later, his voice is INCREDIBLE.

"My Curse" is the first song of theirs that really caught me, but they've been a favorite for almost two decades. Well worth a listen. The End of Heartache was also on the Resident Evil 2 soundtrack. Another reason I love that movie.
