I heard this a long time ago on the radio and instantly had to see who was rapping. After a bit of searching, yep, I was shocked. Was interesting to find out they write their own lyrics then have help from someone to get those lyrics tight and use a vocal coach (like a lot of artists). But good for them, gotta keep your brain sharp as we get older. 👍

Mukbang is a form of video content started in Asia, popular in Korea. Nikocado Avocado is probably one of the best known Western Mukbang content creators. Its 'wholesome roots' was so people could 'eat dinner together' as they streamed themselves eating food. Basically 'Fill his head like a Mukbang' is a literal turn of phrase for making them 'eat lead'.

TPain clearly liked what he heard as he dropped 2 shorts in response to their open verse challenge. They then did a legit remix with fresh verses - so fire and worth a listen while this is fresh. their grandsons do the beats and clearly help with modern terminology - they have been rapping from 2017 and have toured in the UK and Europe - just winding down a tour now! Always beats bars and flows They will have some input in the writing - a proper collab - they are cockneys and cockney rhyming slang is in their DNA. Ringing the bow bells is a nod to their cockney roots - if you are born in the sound of the bow bells you are a true cockney. Cockneys have always had a way of talking and going round a London market in the 70s was an experience. So not a giant leap to learn rapping styles. Plus Bas is a musician and has worked on cruise ships. Welcome to the rabbit hole - it is a great journey. Krizz Kalico thinks they are lit!

Have seen them live and they rap (bit breathy - but many rappers live are). I am not convinced that they write the lyrics. I think Nine and Dex write the lyrics but with their influence as there are some pretty old references that wouldn’t be on a young persons radar so definitely involved but how much I am not sure. But they are rapping it
