This is Sohyang's own arrangement. She is the best female vocalist in Korea and one of if not the best currently in the world. If you take a look at Critic Of Music you will see she is ranked as S tier for Star, right next to Whitney, Aretha Franklin, Beyonce and Mariah. You just went down a rabbit hole.

We all wonder if Sohyang is human or from another planet. Current odds are that she’s from another planet, with an outside chance she’s actually an angel come down from Heaven. 😇 We have never heard anyone sing like her, or be able to hold an audience in the palm of her hand until she lets them go. Her voice is, as one person described it, like liquid gold. Perfection in clarity and pitch, and she doesn’t fade in the upper octaves, which is startling when you hear her hit those 5th and 6th octave notes with such _POWER_ it actually gives everyone goose bumps-and makes us bald guys’ hair stand on end! As she says, her voice “is from God.” She does all the musical arrangements herself, with the input of her in-law family and musical assistants, teaches vocal technique at a South Korean university and speaks five languages: Korean, English, French, Vietnamese and Chinese, as well as reading Greek! Let me catch my breath. OK. She is a cancer survivor from uterine cancer at the age of 20, just after getting married, and states very plainly that God saved her life due to the prayers of her church. But this left her without the ability to have children so she decided to dedicate her life to being a Contemporary Christian Gospel singer and has refused recording contracts from the biggest corporations in the world. She only wants to sing for charities, churches and while doing missionary work, to strengthen those suffering through difficult times. David Foster, Josh Groban, Michael Bolton and others have all eagerly worked with her when they were in Asia. She contracted hepatitis B from a blood transfusion during her cancer surgery and it clings to her to this day. Whitney Houston’s former manager saw her on KZbin and showed her to Oprah Winfrey, who brought her to David Foster’s attention. Foster then contacted Sohyang and went to Japan in order to have her perform eight concerts with him at Tokyo’s famous Blue Note Club in late-2018. She's up there with Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Céline Dion, according to David Foster, who worked with all of them, plus other big names in the music industry, such as Aretha Franklin, Barbra Streisand, and Michael Jackson. Sohyang is a talented person who has received contract offers from numerous large music agencies, record labels, and world-class musicians since she was in her 20s. When Sohyang was learning from Seth Riggs, Seth Riggs evaluated her like this. “Sohyang is the only Asian who can break through the walls of the American music market,” and he even suggested to her that she release her album in America. It's not just Seth Riggs. B.B.King Manager also suggested Sohyang to work together. Boyz II Men's producer had Sohyang stay at his house for a month to work on demos with her, and he offered her a break into the American market. Golden Williams, who discovered Beyoncé, also suggested Sohyang to work together. JoJo also mentioned about Sohyang on social media saying "Honestly probably the best voice in the world.". Jordinsparks mentioned about Sohyang to Jinjoo(sohyang's sister in a law) "Your sis kills me every time. Goodness!". Whitney Houston's former manager was so impressed when he heard her sing that he introduced her to Oprah Winfrey. Oprah Winfrey was so shocked to hear her sing that she told David Foster about her. David Foster was also very shocked by Sohyang's singing, and said that he found and watched most of the songs she sang on KZbin. And David Foster invested a lot of time to contact Sohyang, and was eventually able to contact her. And David Foster treated Sohyang specially, unlike most other singers. That was the concert held in Tokyo. At that time, Sohyang was suffering from pneumonia, but since Korea and Japan were close, she participated in the concert. And Sohyang ended the concert well with Brian McKnight and others. Afterwards, David Foster spoke about Sohyang, saying that she was one of the best divas he had ever performed with. You absolutely need to listen to her performing Arirang Alone. Arirang is a folk song so old that they don't even know it's origins and there are hundreds of versions of the song. It is so old that no one knows what "Arirang" even means. And still, the song is considered the unofficial National Anthem. They think it means the name of a mountain pass. It's just so old they can't know what it really means. The only sure thing they know is that it mentions the island Dokdo: "Dokdo, did you hang in there okay last nigh?" Dokdo is a small rocky island that was always Korean, in old Japanese maps Dokdo was Korean. After the Japanese occupation that started in around 1905 and ended in 1945, Japan said Dokdo was theirs, despite old Japanese maps and old Korean songs saying that Dokdo was Korean. It's a whole issue. Anyway, you should listen to Sohyang singing Arirang Alone.

In 1969, Paul Simon wrote "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and Art Garfunkel sang lead vocals. Simon & Garfunkel released the song and the album of the same name in early 1970. They broke up later that year. Simon did hear the phrase "bridge over troubled water" in a religious context, but not in a song.

yes he did get it from a song, he got it from the swan silvertones - mary dont you weep. he talks about it in an interview where he mentions that he had been listening to the album on loop for a month or so and was trying to play it and came up with bridge over troubled water!
