The Warning is a rock band from Monterrey, Mexico, made up of three sisters: Dany (24, guitar/vocals), Pau (22, drums/vocals), and Ale (20, bass/vocals). They’ve been making music since they were kids and are known for their powerful live performances. A great place to start would be their 2023 10th anniversary concert at the Pepsi Center in Mexico City, beginning with the opening track, "Disciple." It’s a perfect introduction to their live energy. The collaboration between BAND-MAID and The Warning on "Show Them" began back in 2022 when the two bands met for the first time at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California. The Warning was already familiar with BAND-MAID’s music, and the encounter sparked an immediate connection. In December 2023, Kanami, BAND-MAID’s guitarist, sent The Warning a rough demo for "Show Them," with the idea of creating a song that would bring out new aspects of both bands' sounds. Miku worked on the lyrics in collaboration with The Warning, blending ideas from both groups to shape the song’s message and feel. The creative process involved back-and-forth exchanges via Zoom and meetings to refine the track, which was already a unique experience for both bands. Things moved to another level when The Warning visited Japan in June 2024, where they worked together in person. This presented some challenges, including language and cultural differences, but also brought a new depth to the collaboration. Both bands worked to balance the original demo's structure with fresh ideas, incorporating elements that stayed true to their sounds while also pushing them into new creative spaces. The song was performed live in Tokyo with all eight members of BAND-MAID and The Warning on stage, an unforgettable moment that showcased the unity between the two bands. Such collabs are great for introducing the fan bases to the other band. Go check some more of the band you do nor know we'll. And most of all, subscribe their channel. That's the minimum of we can do.

Nicolas , Protect You is one of BAND-MAIDS commissioned anime songs , Protect you is for anime Grendizer U , I think they added the Ooh La La`s cause the anime is popular in France.

That short riff they threw in after 1st chorus into the beginning of 2nd verse of Protect You is Koto (Japanese traditional string instrument) sampled in the backing track, giving it a moment of tranquillity (like having a tea celemony in the middle of chaos). The Warning has more classic hard rock sound by default, with the limited time together I think they've done the best they could come up with together. The Warning's vocalists both have powerful, soulful voice, which added a lot of passion and energy to the song, and Saiki also didn't hold back. The song is empowering and has lots of attitudes from each member. Initially I thought it was rather bland but now I like it a lot .

All I can say is... Paul builds a mean guitar, for sure. 😀 Both _Band-Maid_ and _The Warning_ have felt some "resistance" from long term fans because they are exploring new ideas and directions. Personally, I always welcome that... but some people just want to hear the same thing over and over again. The standard joke is "We already have a band that does this. It's called AC/DC". Which, yes, is unfair... but it conveys the basic idea well.
