Dang! He’s just such a good singer! Again with doing both vocals in a duet. Switching high and low voices mid-breath? Those notes at the end? Unreal. This guy is amazing. That's the competition among AGT champions and Simon was bashed for having the audacity to invite Marcelito to join and embarrass him on stage. Please don't miss the grand finale....it was like marcelito had his solo concert with the rest of the top finalists appeared to be his props/supporting acts. He sang We are The Champions by Queen.

Regarding AGT controversy….when he sang The Prayer, Howie said it was too early to give away the golden buzzer…not true. Marcelito was the sixth or seventh contestant during this taping, and simon had already given the buzzer to a dance group. I was in the audience for the taping of three out of four Marcelito performances. Whoever gets the buzzer automatically advances to the finals. It seemed they wanted Marcelito on all the shows to get ratings and views. There were a couple of other inconsistencies as well. Marcelito was the audiences favorite for every show. At least AGT gave him exposure in 129 countries.

You both heard what Simon said to marcelito being to predictable well marcelito picked a realy hard song for the final he submitted it to Simon Cowell who rejected his choice & told him he had to sing Beauty & the beast which ge sang brilliantly then when the judges judged him Howie loved it, alesha loved it, Heidi loved it, Simon Cowell slated him said he should face sang a harder song therefore marcelito dame 4th in AGTChampions after the show the internet went mad berating Simon Cowell they then called fix creating huge embarrassment fir Simon Cowell.

To be fair, he is quite a talent but as a Filipino myself I don't believe he was cheated out of winning. People generally don't know how hard it is to judge these contests and audiences tend to have favorites and sometimes find it difficult not to be sore about not winning great opportunities like this. Of course, judges make mistakes, too, but AGT Champions is voted on by fans.
