Welcome to Visual Kei. When in doubt it's a guy😂😂. They're a new Japanese Visual Kei band that just debuted last year. And yes they're all men. Visual Kei bands are androgynous, extravagant and just visually expressive. It's not a certain genre of music but the majority are heavy rock and metal bands although they mix genres and styles a lot. Deathpair are heading off to a great start! Love the reaction!✨ Dir en Grey, Dexcore, Deviloof and Jiluka are all visual kei bands.

It's not really new band, they just changed name after their guitarist left band. Before they were known as Zeile. And no, it's not like every Visual Kei musician is androgynous, using makeup doesn't mean you are androgynous or feminine, most of them still looks like guys, just western (mostly) guys have problem with recognize it, because for them it's weird when guy have makeup...
