I got into 5FDP when I heard how much they put into supporting Veterans. As a Veteran who almost became a statistic know as the 22. 22 Veterans commit suicide EVERY day and their song Wrong Side of Heaven brough that to the forefront and opened the eyes of folks who forgot about what we deal with when we come back to ‘regular life.” Check out Jeckyl and Hide, Blue on Black(Kenny Wayne Sheperd cover), Burn MF, Boots and Blood, Mama Said Knock You Out(LL Cool J cover), Bad Company also a cover, Gone Away all great freakin music. I don’t care what anyone says about them they’ve got this Veteran’s support.

Great reaction video. 5FDP will always have a special place in my heart. I’ve seen them live 5-times and am ready to see them again. I worked as a bouncer for a very reputable venue and after working their show, they invited me out to Hell’s Kitchen to have drinks (back when Ivan was drinking). Ivan gave me a 5FDP shirt and signed it for me. Great group of guys, including the newer guys. Thanks for this.

They are a great great band, I got their whole album collection. You should check some other songs by them which are really good too. Coming Down, Bad Company, Little Bit Off, I refuse and many more. The passionate and emotional power of the music matters. But the lyrics matter more to me. I'm so glad you get it. I've listened to the song five times in a row today. Watched the lyrics video again. This may be the first heavy rock song I've ever heard that brings me to tears. That's how much I can relate to it. I don't need to know what wash it all away means because I experienced the feelings that have me feeling the same way. Why does it make me cry? Because I feel this pain in so many people I see on the internet and when I'm out in the public. Sometimes when I go to the grocer and see the prices are still rising, it makes me sad. I know people are trying to be better shoppers and save money. It's not always easy. And I enjoy cooking at a time when the cost of my cooking has had to be pulled back, to save money, and train myself to eat less. I'm in survival mode .... again. As many are. I've really enjoyed watching someone else enjoy this song as much as I do. Thank you. And thank you, again, for getting it.

People get introduced to the band with the first two you did, but they have a lot to offer. This shows that someone can't really get a feel for a band with just a couple of songs. I keep that in mind when I hear a new band. There are some bands that I love, and their hits aren't even my favorite songs. Glad you decided to hear a bit more. Great video.

I'm sorry for your situation. 5FDP is a group of American veterans, so a lot of their songs do definitely try to spread some help for others like them. However, that's not all they are. This is my first band that i ever listen to in the old times, Thank that you like it. it's my top 3 band of all time.I can listen to it all day long. i like about 40 songs from them. you could react to.... society songs: A little bit off, Times like these, Welcome to the Circus, Blue on black, sham pain, Living the dream, Brighter side of grey When the season change, Coming down, Roll dem bones, Never enough, Lift me up, Jekyll and hyde, Broken world, The pride, Under and over it, Remember everything, My nemesis, Hard to see, I refuse,, The end. Sadly, the lead guitarist Jason Hook ( the guy who did the solo) and the drummer Jeremy Spencer are no longer with the band. My personal favorite songs from the band is Jekyl and Hyde and The Pride🤘🏻🔥💥🙏🏻

Love your reactions because I feel like they are very genuine and that's refreshing. FFDP are amazing but they dive deep into some very difficult subjects and it's not easy to listen to all the time. This is one of their songs that's more refreshing and easy to consume. I can honestly recommend pretty much every song from them but the ones that I personally would love for you to review are The Tragic Truth, The Pride, House of the Rising Sun, Blue on Black, Living the Dream, A little bit off and finally Coming Down. Now Coming Down is a ROUGH song/video so that one I recommend but with a bit of a disclaimer.

I will always argue that their very best work was the first record! The Way of The Fist is the best record to come out since Master of Puppets in terms of impact they had on music. Death punch made ALL bands raise their levels of Metal imo! Every song on that record was a great single imo, that record stands alone as the best metal of their era!
