I’ve been a fan of Floor’s since the old days when she was in After Forever. In fact, I think I may have listened to her in that band before I ever listened to Nightwish. Anyway, your comment hit home with me because my experience over the past 20 or so years is pretty much the same as yours after six months…the point being that how you feel now…I still feel after all this time, so that feeling/experience does not diminish over time. I think Floor should stay as far away from Disney as possible. Disney is now too big for it's breeches, it has become a Monopoly without being prosecuted as such because it is SO HUGE now. It's one of those multi-national, multi-billion dollar mega-corporations that believe themselves to be above the laws by the power of money; the bully that stomps all over everybody that it touches (including its own employees). UN-FUCK that corporation. It needs broken up for unfair practices in destroying all its competition. It's as bad as Sony and Nintendo.

Hi again, Bisscute. A little over a year ago things were getting very tense with many people not being able to go out because of the pandemic and that led to many concerts being canceled or postponed. Because of this, Floor decided to do something for the fans to show her love for them and keep them entertained during these tough times. She decided to start recording covers of songs and one that was fresh on her mind because her daughter Freja kept singing it all the time was "Let It Go", so that was the first cover she did. The sound of her voice is amazing no matter what she sings, it really IS magical. I saw the premier notification for your "Phantom of the Opera" reaction tomorrow, can't wait!! I believe "Let It Go" was the first cover that Floor performed for Freya in her home studio during the Pandemic lockdown. I recall Floor stating on her KZbin channel that she enjoys singing throughout the day, but sometimes it is too much for Freya who tells her "Mommy, please no more singing"

Floor's ^ is a gift. But she has next 23 years expierence in singing and peforming on stage also the talent to modulate her voice. Don't forgett the hard work during and after her studies at the Rock Academy, musical theatre and also a bit of opera singing. She was also a singing teacher and has found a way to bring all together what she has learned. Her breath technique, her physical statur, together with her personality, that makes her the world class singer that she is.

She was in also in a TV show called Besta Zangers in 2019(a bunch of singers get together, and they take it in turns to sing the favourite song of another musician). Henk Poort(who played the Phantom in the play was on the show, and he was one of Floor's idols growing up). She gets to a duet of the Phantom song with him(It's great). Henk also does a cover of the Disturbed version of the song The Sound Of Silence(Absolutely stunning, and poor Floor is fangirling so hard, it's gorgeous). She does the song Shallow as a duet with another musician and also a solo version and also a couple of other song in different languages).

There is one who does not like it and it was her daughter who complained that it did not sound right when she sang it for her as her daughter likes the movie but most people prefer her version of it, she has many more songs on her own channel as well so check out more there. I listened to all that Floor made i think, and a thing that sticks out for me in this song..again, is Floor´s ability to be the charecter in the song, or more like the emotion the lyrics and music gives, with her body language, her eyes, and voice, she is really good at this.. This is the 'remastered' version because when Floor released the song on her channel the first time, it was PERFECT...except that her voice was a little bit faint in the recording, the instruments were louder than she was and almost drowned her out. So, they took the recording apart, raised the volume on her voice just a tad, put it back together and re-released it. That was THE ONLY problem and they did not change anything else. :)
