I was gonna make a comment about that earlier part where you mentioned if 2 people eat the fruit at the same time who gets the power: ace has a light novel that covers his past before joining the whitebeard pirates, and he and another person both split the devil fruit apart. Ace was the first to digest the fruit, and gained its powers. I mean there is certainly a strange draw to the devil fruit powers matching the characters who have them, as well, it could have been more fated that Ace would get that fruit, as it certainly plays a role later in the story

Yeah I’ve actually read that part! I agree with the almost magnetism of certain people to the devil fruit they end up eating. It’ll be very interesting to see what the true nature of maybe even purpose is in the future. Thanks for watching!
