The V4S comes alive on thr track. Ive ridden all the hyper nakeds. Thr V4S is the best all around. And you almost NEED to take it to the track to understand. I got my V4S in june, 6k miles, multiple track days. Its a savage.

Just bought one. They remapped /tuned it for 2023. More low down and mid torque. Full power in all gears bar 1st (which is good cause this thing will rip your arms off). They blacked out the aluminium radiator frame too 👍 Dont agree with it being bulky, it’s a v4, smaller package than an inline 4 of same cc. Then again I’m probably a lot bigger than you 😂 I think it’s the most comfortable bike I’ve sat on, ever!

The Scrambler has those tidy fluid reservoirs for brake and clutch - the StreetFighter has those urine specimen containers. The socks hide the piss cups and I approve.

I just got a first gen XSR900 and I think an XSR1000 would be a really great chance to perfect the old styling cues. They just need to make the seat an extension of the gas tank.

Now I’m thinking that V4S that I sat on did have a dropped link shock. I’m pretty sure I’m short than you. But I have stubby legs. I’m all torso. Also there was a V2 Streetfighter next to it with the rear jacked way up. It basically felt like my MT-09, even the reach to the handlebars was reasonable. I thought it would be more like the S1kR which was the most awkward liter class naked I sat on. Super Duke was the best, then Streetfighter, followed by Tuono V4 Factory, and last S1kR. But I haven’t sat on a BMW I’ve liked. The S1kRR felt the best out of their whole line and I hate super bikes from a comfort standpoint.

This video rocks Whitney! As for pretty, retro nakeds, have you thrown a leg over the Honda CB1000R? It may be what you are after. Yamaha XSR900 has retro style and I know a few guys in Spite's discord are quite pleased with theirs. Then of course you have the king retro, Z900RS which... Jake found a bit dully until he tossed a slip-on and tune onto....

What mirrors are those? Rizoma? and can you FOR REAL see out of them? Great show W!

Rizoma stealth mirrors. They are mainly form over function. With mirrors like that, you are just meeting legal requirements for rear facing mirrors.

They are the Rizoma's. No you can't really see out of them unfortunately. If you lean down and position your head a certain way, you can see probably 1" of visibility to your sides. Otherwise it just for looks.
