A fighting game series called Melty Blood and an anime called Carnival Phantasm, it's a series where multiple animes and games are all connected and have lore implications for all the other works made by Type Moon and a funny guy named Nasu. Necoarc exists as some joke character of sorts who is canonically an alien that just looks like a weird sort of chibi version of a character called Arcueid who's basically a super vampire and is seen as the mascot of melty blood/tsukihime.

This is based off of Melty Blood/Tsukihime but Fate is a series that takes place in the same universe as Melty Blood so you are right and wrong at the same time, Necoarc only appears in the fate series during animes like Carnival Phantasm which is basically a comedy themed crossover between Fate and Melty Blood/Tsukihime
