@@MomDuty I'm sure I will go back there one day once i have the chance. Btw, the Panagbenga Street Dance will be on Feb 25 and the Grand Float Parade is on the 26th. Would you still be there? Maybe you can go to Sagada, Banaue, Subic or even La Union and then go back to Panagbenga. I have a feeling it will be jampacked coz this is the year that the Covid pandemic has waned. Traffic and parking will be a problem so it might be better to commute, inconvenient though.

LoL for a minute there you almost had me. I thought that Mines View wasn't all that crowded. Oh btw that wishing well in Mines View is new, I can remember as a kid. Mines View had children at the edge of the view point and they would catch the coins thrown their way. Pretty dangerous I'm glad that's gone. It's great to see you guys exploring the city too bad Cafe by the ruins was closed. Hope you had time to visit Oh My Gulay. Looking forward to your next adventure.

I was shocked too with Mines View until we got to the “viewing deck”🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣Couldn’t squeeze in a picture🙈lol. No but joking aside it was the most beautiful view. I wish we had gone during sunrise. It might have been a bit clearer. Oh someone else just me ruined the throwing of coins to the locals😱It definitely isn’t there now. You’re right, sounds dangerous. I know such a bummer Cafe by the Ruins was closed the day we were there😩Next episode is the Flower Festival!🌸🇵🇭Ahhhhh can’t wait to share!

It's made of soya or silkened tofu which is very healthy (Tokwa) in case u forgot, so it's not really similar to custard which is more of buttery/sweet maybe a lil bit of texture but this isn't made of starch or sugar or egg (I mean the white thing).
@MomDuty

@@MomDuty the original Taho is Caramel or brown sugar caramelized outside Baguio, but In Baguio and Tagaytay they also serve it with Strawberries and Blueberries, Baguio has an abundance of strawberries coz of the strawberry farms in Benguet. If u tried the Taho in Makati or BGC or anywhere outside Baguio it's not Strawberry coz it's very expensive here, what u got is fresh strawberries syrup in ur Taho, u also can find blueberry Taho there coz Benguet also produce home grown local blueberries. I think a very few shops customize their Taho with different toppings but it's very rare. And yes they are vegan friendly or pescetarian friendly coz there's no butter/egg/milk.

FYI. Alam nyo bang mas lahing Austronesian ang dugo natin kaysa Aeta? According to genetics, Filipinos in general have almost negligible percentage of Aeta gene. Ba't naman nagkakaganun? Well, according to history (I'm a historian, by the way), when the Austronesians from East Asia arrived here in the archipelago, the Aetas were pushed to the mountains, as Austronesians dominated the entire archipelago. Only a few percentage of the Aetas intermarried with the Austronesians. So in general, lahing singkit na Austronesians naman talaga tayong mga Pinoy originally. Pero di tayo galing sa mga Han Chinese. But they are our distant cousins. But you wanna know how original Austronesians look like? Just look at the Igorots. Tingnan nyo sila, majority sa kanila singkit. According to a study conducted by National Geographic, Filipinos in general have 89% Austronesian and East Asian genes combined. Then, 5% European (kasama na dugong Espanyol), 3% Indian, and 2% Native Americans. The remaining 1% is attributed perhaps to Aeta gene. Kaya nakakahiyang tawagin natin ang ating mga sarili na Latinos gaya ng claim ng ibang mga Pinoy. Ang totoo, mas proud akong galing sa lahing Austronesian at Southeast Asian na mga singkit. 😅😊

Just look at the Igorots. Tingnan nyo sila, majority sa kanila singkit. According to a study conducted by National Geographic, Filipinos in general have 89% Austronesian and East Asian genes combined. Then, 5% European (kasama na dugong Espanyol), 3% Indian, and 2% Native Americans. The remaining 1% is attributed perhaps to Aeta gene. Kaya nakakahiyang tawagin natin ang ating mga sarili na Latinos gaya ng claim ng ibang mga Pinoy. Ang totoo, mas proud akong galing sa lahing Austronesian at Southeast Asian na mga singkit. 😅😊😂

Yeah.that's why we igorots don't have spanish names.if you found someone with the same surname sure he/she is part of family.and Christianity is brought by americans in CORDILLERA(IGOROT LAND) not the spaniards unlike other most parts of the Philippines..thats why we have a little but difference trough religion but the sam christian😊next destination sagada😊😊😊😊

The Igorots and most other tribes of the Cordilleras were not fully conquered by the Spanish due to the fact that they used to be fierce head-hunters. That was too savage for the Spaniards.

when you're in camp john hay you're out of the philippines because literally camp john hay is a part of USA or own by US government.,, By the way, I'm gonna tell you what is true about wishing well in every tourist spot, when you drop or toss coin in it your wish will not really come true instead the wish of the owner will, because in the end they will collect your coins for additional income lol.
