M&S and Waitrose have bargains to be had and the quality is better your fruit and veg lasts longer than aldi and areas and tescos

Marks and Sparks is great for treats ,birthdays ,all special ocassions etc.I`d never do my weekly shop from there ,though the chicken is cheaper than anywhere else ,as is their bread! Oh and for a real treat Faye ,you must try one of their cinnamon buns (bit like a round chelsea bun with cinnamon..yumm:) ,think they`re £1.40/50 atm ,but well worth it:) xxx

i find m&s tea, tinned stuff, herbs, biscuits and pasta and rice are on par i go yellow sticker for everything else, if you get ocado near you they do m&s price matched to tesco

Where have you been all your life 🤣🤣🤣 I do half my shopping in Aldi and then every Sunday I go to M&S to get ready meals and the rest of my shopping there for the week ahead, lots is more expensive but lots is pretty much on par with everywhere else. Their essentials are quite good to be fair xxx

You should try Ocado delivery. They are good value and have some m&s food. Never had any substitutes from them as not a supermarket people can walk round and they put your shopping in bags and if you give them back the nest time you get 10p back per bag!

There tin meat was brilliant when lockdown was on am disabled and was shielding at time with sister how was very ill at time could go anywere but ocado came to rescue with tinned meat from m and s when couldn't get mince or beef even chicken sometimes but tinned chicken and beef is lovely

I think you’d be surprised as some of their food is really reasonable and the quality is there - loaf of bread is 75p and fresh, lasts for ages, custard cream biscuits 30p a pack, the cheese is the big sized block £2.65, baked beans are about 60p and tomato sauce about 75p….so if you are careful you can get a lot of basics for a good price and you aren’t compromising on quality. You can also go in when they start their reductions at about 2pm and get some really good things for half price or less. You can’t do a full shop there on a budget but I don’t think you can anywhere now, Tesco is quite pricey in my opinion, if you do your whole shop there. I find Sainsbury’s better than Tesco but even there you have to be selective. The danger with M&S is all the extra bits you fancy while you are in there, would need strong willpower to resist! Their household products are pretty good too, worth a look
