My experience with spraying on paint ended up taking just as long as brush painting after you consider the prep time. But its damn sure more entertaining.

Hey Kyle, I have been doing massive reno to our home and have done a LOT of research on everything to try to make sure it is all done correctly. I know you said you have been replacing some outlets/breakers in your rental unit(s). Make sure that your are using arc fault outlets/breakers! GFCI is not the same and from my understanding the arc fault protection is required just about everywhere in the home. Hey man love your videos but please go talk to someone at a proper paint shop, half your trims looked like they were stained beforehand and that means they need to be sanded and primed before painting otherwise it will just flake in a couple of weeks maybe months, also if you are using an oil based enamel all the overspray on the wall will need to have an oil based primer over the top before your low sheen acrylic will adhere

And please don't go straight white ask the shop to put a bit of umber (a tinter) in there to help with the coverage or go with something like an antique white usa or something with some ochre and umber for the coverage and warmth

Yep, I definitely needed to do this especially in the bathroom. It was a nightmare to paint. Other than that, the rest of the trim came out ok.
