The more you deliver, the better orders you get. I've had ones of $99 and they average around $35. Many in the $60 area. Yes, wait until 10 minutes at least before marking it done and taking photo. They get ticked if it is early

Sit and wait if you must. If it is the day before and you know the time is way off, mileage them and they will have EZcater adjust. FYI: the more bags you have the better if they know. I have 7 counting my DD and GH catering bags. They changed my Honda Fit from a small vehicle to a Large one because of that.

I usually call the customer like you were doing. Letting them know you have the food now is great communication and could add to a better tip. This way if they tell you to wait now it's on them

Take pictures... I had that happen to me but after I started taking pictures I haven't had it happen anymore. When they contact you tell them that you took a picture of where you dropped it off at. And anytime you can get their apartment number or address in the picture do that, also make sure you get the full door not just the ground and order.... That way it's hard for them to say it's not their house.
