FIRST TIME USING ABS ON AN E-BIKE AND IT'S MENTAL!

ABS has made it into the MTB world and this was the first time I got to try the Bosch Anti Brake lock System out on the all new Haibike ADVENTUR series & I was shocked by how it preformed...
Since EMTB become a thing it has been super controversial which often happens when a new thing comes along but slowly over time the "E BIKE HATERS" have disappeared as these incredible bikes have been accepted.
In this video I am in Barcelona riding at the Olympic park hitting stair sets at full speed before heading to Tremp.
Tremp is an MTB parasite for trails including the Dragon Kahn Ridgeline which we was able to send on the ADVENTUR bike!

That step through bike looks like it’s actually a great all rounder bike. As someone who strictly rides off road I actually really dig that design. It looks good and really capable for most trails. Not sure how it’d do on the more tech trails here in Colorado but for normal trails I bet it could handle it.

I really digging this style of E-bike. A lot of companies are making SUV style do anything bikes that suit my style and riding better these days as I’m in my 50’s.

A long time ago a motorcycle magazine did a comparison on motorcycles equipped with ABS vs Non-ABS and the ABS bike stopped significantly sooner on all surfaces other than dry pavement. It was really impressive how much better it could stop the bike. It really makes sense off road. I’m curious how much better it actually is on a MTB considering how much lighter they are than motorcycles.
