FRIENDLY TIPS: - If you want subtitles on their older songs you need to get them from the KZbin channel 1theK. It's just as official and safe to react to. It wasn't until later they started their current YT channel and they didn't bother with subtitles on the oldest songs. - Don't spend too much time on editing, we're totally fine with long BTS videos. - Your video screen is extremely red. They all looked like they had a constant sunburn. 😆 Good luck on your BTS journey. Always feel free to ask us when in doubt but definitely watch the explanation video if you get bombarded with the request because they sometimes go deep-deep so for some songs it's an absolute must. 💜

Pardon me but you made a mistake. It was not J-hope. The guy who was allegedly slapped by a UFC fighter, Brian Ortega was Jay Park. He is a Korean-American singer/rapper who served as the translator for the Korean UFC fighter, Chan Sung Jung. If any members got hurt by anyone, ARMYs would surely go after them. LOL! RM still rides his bike to the studio. They lived with each other from 2011 to spring 2022. JK was actually 13 when he started (Korea has a different way of counting age). Jin is now in the military for his mandatory service and the rest of the band will follow suit with a return in 2025. Current members are finishing up their solo work. Watch Jin's the Astronaut (especially the live with Coldplay). 💜

This video is the best! But I just want to point out that even tho it's "accurate as of May 2022" It's still not updated because with BTS you basically can't have an updated version for a long time. If you want an accurate update of BTS you would have to add another 5 Minutes every other week because they are working so much that they achieve something new every other week. For example as of May till now, they again released multiple solo albums, other projects, won many awards and broke records. Update: as of Dec 2022, BTS hold the record of the 4th most awarded artist in the world with +800 awards. But awards and first places are stolen from them. The monk broke his trust and did what a monk shouldn't do: the monk went to inform the media about RM's personal life and articles were released about his personal problems. Now RM said he will go to another tempel. I don't know if he also stopped donating

Their solo projects are mostly in their native language, Korean. They’ve been pretty adamant that the majority of their deep thoughts will be in their mother tongue but they have English in their songs and RM has a few whole songs in English. Japan is a huge market for them so a lot of their albums have Japanese versions as well, so they can all speak it pretty well.

Rm music is mostly Korean with some English bars. However he got some English solo features he did while collaborating with American artists .Also he wrote butter for BTS (which is in English) and got nominated for a Grammy .If you want to react to his English music I recommend

Our sunshine Hobi is literally the last person that would ever get into a physical fight with someone., he's way too angelic for this world. He is BTS Lead Vocalist and one of the 2 main dancers. 44:39 Actually, when RM was asked to tell a fun fact he didn't think even the most dedicated fans know he answered: “Many people think SUGA is like the grandpa of the group but he acts more like a little kid. Jimin is the opposite, he looks like a baby but inside he is mature and like a grandfather.” Sorry but you have been looking away for most of Jimin's part, just glancing up but not even long enough for you to read and lots of text went by when you were looking away. Hope you rewatch his part. You could have paused and rad what it was you had to on the side and watch when you were done.

I don't think I've ever heard of Jimin being referred to as a lead singer before, but that's a little confusing for someone who is new to BTS. Lead and Man can be easy to mix up. Also, they had three main dancers, not two: J-hope, Jimin, and JK. Taehyung was added to the dance line after Singularity came out.

@@psychokitty71 Jimins official role is and have been from the beginning Lead vocalist. And there are only 2 main dancers and that is jimin and j-hope. Jk is main vocalist and lead dancer. Jimin is lead vocalist and main dancer. In kpop groups you have lead and main vocalist and then sub vocalists too. JK is main vocalist and Jimin lead vocalist. Yes, Tae was added to the dance line but that is not the same thing. I get that you must be very very new to BTS not to know this but get your info from trusted sources before you speak on it. It is still very strange that you do not know that Jimin is the lead vocalist. Baby army does not seem to be very well informed.

@@Cookie_moonlove I didn't say you were wrong about Jimin being a lead vocalist, I said that I hadn't heard that before. I'm not OG ARMY, but I've been ARMY for years. Jimin isn't THE lead vocalist, he's A lead vocalist. KPop groups usually only have one main singer, rapper, or dancer, but they can have more than one lead. The main usually has additional duties on top of their normal position, like JK and J-Hope do. When they're asked about the best dancer, the members usually say J-Hope but I've never heard the members themselves refer to J-Hope or Jimin as the main dancer. However, it's obvious that J-Hope is because of all of the extra work he puts into coaching the others on their dancing. I know that Jimin wasn't a lead vocalist, at least in the minds of the members, when they started, because there are too many comments on camera about Jimin not having access to a vocal coach and not knowing how to use his voice. Jimin himself used to say that he couldn't sing well. I'm not sure who designated Jimin as main dancer and lead vocalist, but it's not a term that I've ever heard the members use for him. Granted, nowadays, I would agree that he should be considered both of those positions. Years ago, when they debuted? Not necessarily. Feel free to link me to a video or web page where either the members or Big Hit/Hybe refer to Jimin by one of those titles.

Because JK is my bias I encounter you Jimin antis often but I've never seen anyone not knowing Jimin's official positions as Lead Vocalist and Main dancer or trying to deny he is seen as such. But you do not even know their history or anything. You have watched the few clips in these 10 years of Jimin being hard on himself because of his voice and some few other clips with other members and not having access to an vocal coach etc but just listen to him from the start and you would know and man you trying to even deny him main dancer from the start seeing how much extra he always done and how great a dancer he always been is just ridiculous and you not knowing how involved he is in teaching the other members the choreo and helping when it comes to the stages shows you have not actually watched full material. And you would have heard the members refer to him and Hobi as the 2 main dancers if you had been army for even a few years. God, I'm ashamed to see people like you lurking calling themselves army and so would BTS be. Shame on you.

I was so confused about the UFC thing, because not only is it the last thing I can imagine J-hope being involved in, I also sure would have known if ARMY destroyed a UFC fighter. There is a videoclip of that part where Armys were singing Forever Young. Armys were instructed to surprise BTS and they succeeded that surprise. BTS got emotional thinking that thrir song was being sang by their fans in a foreign country.

If you ever come across videos that have animal emojis in the captions, the guys each have different animals that represent them: 🐨 Koala-RM, 🐹 hamster-Jin, 🐱 cat-Suga, 🐿 squirrel- jhope, 🐥 baby chick-Jimin, 🐻🐯 bear/tiger-V, and our 🐰 bunny-Jungkook (JK is fine, the other members often call him that). Okay stopping the video to comment I'm at J-Hope.. the way my jaw dropped! Out of all the members J-Hope is most definitely the last one who'd get in a fight😂😂😂 He's the sweetest heart ever!! It was Jay Park but it's okay if you got confused that was a cute mistake just especially funny cuz J-Hope is really the opposite! But thx so far for your interest and reaction!!! Let me keep watching!💜 Edit: 48:35 if you dig then it's hard to hate them indeed, but I'd almost hope it'd be that way, the thing is that hatred towards them mostly comes from ignorance...ppl just have this idea of a weird kpop boyband so have many assumptions and don't even want to dig, and stay complacent in their narrow-minded views... and i was the 1st to judge them but i gave them a chance! And that's why we are always thankful and supportive to anyone GENUINELY willing to at least try to understand their background, growth, values they stand for and the community and culture they fostered, why and how they got to where they at! What resonated with me is their love, knowledge and respect for hip hop and black music in general because that's my background and that's also their roots and it's still reflected in their music today for example RM's latest collab with Erykah Badu, J-Hope posting his locking freestyles, etc... But anyone gets into BTS for so many different reasons and it's pretty incredible to see so many ppl from different walks of life coming together! The thing about people hating on BTS is that the people who do it usually know absolutely nothing about them. You can't imagine it, because you actually made the effort to find out who they are. So it's not that the haters dig deep to find something, it's usually quite the opposite. They're being ignorant and just make stuff up based on prejudice. Of course, there are people who know a lot about BTS and still hate them, but it's usually based on fanwars, so it's another story. When it comes to people outside of twitter fanwars, most often I see people just apply negative generalizations (about boybands, kpop, asian people, men who don't conform to what western society percieves as traditionally masculine...) on BTS and call it facts.

The Rise of Bangtan will show you the hate, racism, and death threats they received! It's jealousy and people hating them for the way they look. It really made me mad when Americans said mean hateful things about BTS after they won Artist of the Year at the AMA's simply because they are Asian. I thought we were supposed to be about diversity and inclusion. That should include all groups of people. One artist even said BTS shouldn't have won because they weren't American and suggested there be a separate award for K-pop Artist of the Year. Nothing like admitting that you can't compete with them so find a way to remove them from the equation. Really?! How about they step up, put in the work, and improve. ARMY'S receive a bad rap just because we are protective of BTS but that's because of the bond they have created with us. Something no other artist/group has ever done in my lifetime and I am 58.

I don't know if you have edited BTS videos in the past but please don't. True ARMY's will always watch them over and over no matter how long they are. If they are too long for you to sit through then don't react to them just watch them offline. Any BTS videos should be watched in their entirety how ever long. It just shows us you may not be a true fan of the group after all. I will hold back on my subscription to your channel, not that this would bother you, until I see your true feelings for them, sorry

Believe me, it was not J-Hope of BTS. They don't attend events like that. Their label would not allow it. Sorry dude, you have him confused with someone else. Also, you probably missed the part about Jimin who studied martial arts for 8 years (you were distracted by your phone. 🙄) He achieved a black belt in Taekwondo. He also studied Kendo and Hapkido. Since all the members speak Japanese they have done some Japanese albums and some Japanese songs. But since they are Korean they often do songs that are in mix of Korean and English. Of course there are songs that are all Korean and a few that are all English. I don't understand why you edited so much of the video. If you did it in the interest of time thinking ARMY wouldn't want to watch a long video then you underestimate ARMY. If you had a 3-hour video we would watch the whole thing, no problem. We watch reaction videos to BTS because we enjoy watching people react to them. Editing so much of the video out prevents us from watching you react to the entire video and all of the information.

BTS faces lots of racism in the US music market. Radio refuses to play Korean songs, the US music market "others" them by separating them from main awards or creating other categories for them even though they outstream and outsell US artists, they are stereotyped as bubble gum pop, they are criticized for their fashion/stage makeup, and they are hated simply for being Asian. The fandom is disregarded as screaming teens which is far.from the truth. It is STILL happening. This is why ARMY are ferociously protective of them.

About 25 for over 30 reactions to this video have watched on KZbin! I've never had to give any of them a dislike that I can remember until now you chopped the hell out of the video for no apparent reason. why was half the video so dark that the skin of the members of BTS look green? Their egos don't get in the way of what they do because they want to be with each other first and BTS second. You will never be a bigger fan of BTS than BTS. They are a family and have made it clear that they want their relationship to survive this so they can be together for a long time. Taylor did a hardships video that shows what kind of hate BTS has confronted on their journey. Not a lot of it makes sense unless you understand how kpop fandoms work. As for the rest of it, racism is ignorance, therefore it has no reason. Edit: Something I don't really see anyone mention, your fans behavior is a reflection of who you are. I know a lot of people will argue that artists can't really be responsible for their fans, but when you tell them to storm a place and wreak havoc, they will. When you tell them to love themselves and others, they will. Artists are responsible for the fan culture they create. BTS shares fans with many other popular, world-dominating artists, but everyone is shocked by what ARMY has done in the name of BTS.
