Among the things I liked about the Arrowverse, Quentin's relation with the Arrow was definitely one. They had the time to establish a relationship where the police, sensibly so, does not like vigilantes on the street -- different from the Batman movies, where Gordon tries to chase him after the first meeting, and after that they are best buddies.

The actor who plays detective Lance, Paul Blackthorne, put on a masterclass acting performance in this episode in literally every scene he was in, easily top 3 performance from him in the show. Overall a phenomenal episode. This is one of my fav episodes of season 2 and it only gets better with every one.

When it comes to this stuff it's all just from comicbooks. I'm not sure he's understanding the diference between Marvel and DC comic book storys yet. Marvel(Earth is more like our world and the people are 99% sane dealing with all the crap.) and DC (Earth has a few citys we never had hear and the people are about 70% sane dealing with all the crap. resulting in way more insane bad guys.)

Fun Fact: Although I knew an Alderman was a title due to context clues I actually had no idea what the definition of that word was the entire time watching Arrow. Thanks for giving the definition!

Ra's al ghul was the antagonist in Batman Begins, that might be where you heard the name
@StevenHouse19803 күн бұрын
That version of him was more a normal person and far less of a problem than Ra's is normaly in almost every version in any DC media.

I do feel like the arrest of Quentin in this case came a bit out of left field. It could have been purely coincidence that the abduction he witnessed on patrol, called in, and tried to stop happened to be related to the thing he was supposed to stay away from. Isn't that his job?

How sad the actor who plays the Dollmaker won't play Mr 3 in the One Piece LA.

@@hexisXz yea I never been to cz or slovakia, so I guessed Holland/Netherlands as I know they know English as well as the Scandinavians, but I have talked to a female Dutch, in person, and I did not find it too similar.....maybe some dialect to the English?

@@RobinoyoReacts I made a guess out of the European countries I know, if I had known your height(stereotype that all dutch are tall?) before guessing, I might have been more sure lol
