Hell yeah this movie rocks. I love a slow burn and characters out of their usual setting. Great video! You have incredible recollection of details from early movies it’s so fun when you put it all together!

In the previous film Ollivander was kidnapped; the screams of the 'guest' Wormtail was ordered to go down and keep quiet is coming from Ollivander, imprisoned in the Malfoy Manor cellar and being tortured with the Cruciatus Curse to gain his wandlore knowledge. Voldemort is obsessed with finishing the job of killing Harry by the killing curse; Voldy feels Harry surviving makes Voldy look weak. It's not a magical requirement, but it's a requirement of Voldy's pathology. Voldemort was unable to use his wand against Harry because Harry's wand and his shares a core from the same phoenix, and Voldy doesn't want a duplication of that failure. Ollivander has advised Voldy to use someone else's wand; he's enjoying terrifying and emasculating Lucius, punishing him for past failures that cost Voldemort, so of course he demands Lucius surrender his personal wand in a public forum. (Note Lucius's hands shaking and how Lucius nearly jumps when Voldy breaks off the decorative handle.) You are correct about the difference in power between Harry's wand and Lucius's wand in Voldemort's hand. Lucius's wand cracks; it resists Voldemort. It may be too much power poured through it, a rejection of being used by someone other than its true master, or the stronger pushback by Harry's wand responding to its longtime master. Eventually, it comes down to needing a more powerful wand: the legendary Elder Wand. The Wand that was Dumbledore's (until Dumbledore ALLOWED Draco to disarm him in the Astronomy Tower shortly before Snape killed him). The Wand that no one can be master of until they disarm Draco of one of his wands. Which Harry does during the escape from Malfoy Manor; which makes Harry the true master of the Elder Wand, but no one knows this but the Wand. And no wand will harm its true master... Reminder: in the Wizarding World wizards and witches become adults the moment they turn 17 years of age. This is why you had to be 17 to participate in the TriWizards Tournament and why the Weasley twins could teleport/disapparate and not finish their final (seventh) year of school; they were 17 at the time. Hermione and Ron are already 17 at this point; Harry is the youngest of the trio and turns 17 the night of the wedding reception. What's missed is Tonks and Lupin are married, but are stopped before they can announce Tonks is pregnant. Mad-Eye at the Dursley house is serious because he's a retired auror and bears the scars acquired in his lengthy service to the Ministry. He's lost an eye, a leg, and has many other scars, physical and emotional. He's been through the First Wizarding War, the first attempt by Voldemort to take power and control. He's Seen Things. He's lost friends and compatriots and very likely family members. No, Dumbledore did not 'live with' Bathilda Bagshot. Godric's Hollow is a small village where Albus Dumbledore's parents were living at the same time as Bathilda. It's where Harry's parents died. One must assume the 'Godric' in 'Godric's Hollow' is a reference to Godric Gryffindor. I expect James Potter grew up there; an ancestor of his (Ignatus Peverell) is buried there. Did you notice in the interrogation courtroom that Umbridge's Patronus (of course a cat) sat to her right? It was there to keep the dementors trapped up by the ceiling. The moment Umbridge was knocked out, the cat Patronus evaporates and the dementors are released to chase the trio and Mary into the lift. Love how the 360 turn around Hermione and the head snatcher records the buffer zone either side of them of the protective enchantments keeping the trio hidden. It blurs briefly each time it passes through that barrier. Also love the subtle way the film gives you some idea of how long they've been on the run. Harry's birthday is at the end of July; they go to Godric's Hollow on Christmas Eve. Within a couple days of leaving Godric's Hollow, Ron comes back and they destroy the horcrux locket. PLEASE NOTE!!!: The Resurrection Stone does NOT return people to life; even in its first use, it brought the user the spirit of his dead lover, but could not hold her in this world. SHE DID NOT RETURN TO LIFE. The name of this item gives a false impression of its ability; it does not 'resurrect', only entrap spirits you specify. Also, the folktale of the Three Brothers is mythologized history. There actually were three brothers, the Peverells. They did not meet Death as an anthropomorphized being. More likely they fabricated these powerful instruments, which do exist and still function powerfully. And Harry, through his wizard father, is the descendant of Ignatus Peverell, who passed down his Cloak of Invisibility to his first born son, starting a tradition. And Tom Riddle, through his witch mother, is the descendant of Cadmus Peverell from whom the Resurrection Stone is passed down; Tom received it mounted on a ring from his mother. Some say this film is like a wandering in the wilderness, drawing a line between Harry's childhood and adulthood. He loses the last remnants of the trappings and relationships of his childhood, except for the enduring loyalty of his closest friends.
