Great reaction to the football player who got me interested in the game 🐐❤️ Messi isn't retired - he had to leave Barca as they got into major financial turmoil and couldn't afford to renew his contract 😢 He went to PSG for a couple of years and now plays for Inter Miami 😉 although at 36 years old I wouldn't be surprised if he retires in the next couple of years as he's won everything. The video you watched was great but a little outdated as he's now won the Copa America, finalissima and World Cup. Just 🐐 things ❤ He now has 8 Ballon d'or which are given to the best player of the year, the golden boot or Picicci is given to the top scorer of the league; the Laureaus award is given to the world's best athlete of the year and he's won that twice.

More than damian lillard!. he stayed in barca from the start of his professional career till 2021 which he only left because barca were in deep financial trouble having debt over a billion dollars. so he was forced to leave. He joined PSG then he left last season to join inter miami. He also plays for Argentina at international level and he just won the world cup which eluded him for so many years (in the process segmenting him self as the goat) to explain it, messi playing for barca and Argentina is like lebron playing for the lakers and for the us in the olympics. also to explain the jersey thing (in football jerseys are called kits) every team changes their kit every season. Keeping the colors the same and changing the design. And every team doesn’t only have 1 jersey every season they have 3. the 2nd and 3rd being in different colors every season and having different designs.(their there to not get 2 teams mixed up if they have similar designs and colors) and the 2nd and 3rd kits are another reason why Messi seems to have played for more teams than he actually did. he was just wearing barca’s 2nd or 3rd kit.

One team can have different kits. You usally have a Home kit, an away kit and a third kit and all are different colors, every season they also change the kits a little bit with ne designs. Messi played most of his career at Barcelona, he debuted in 2004 and played there until 2021. After that he has played for Psg and Inter Miami currently

Imagine Messi was the best basketball player ever. He played in the same team for like 16 years lets say the Lakers. The Lakers were struggling financially so he had to move to another team. That's what happend in the last part. Messi moved to a french team (Paris Saint Germain) so to another league and team. That's why he was crying at the end, Barcelona took him to the academy when he was 13 years of age.

1:31 well there’s this thing in football called “academies”. basically there is nothing like a draft in football and there are 3 ways of getting young talent. 1st is buying players with money 2nd is getting young players on a free so you pick up the free agents. and 3rd is academies. Most football teams have them and it’s a way to develop talent your self. people can get into academies as young as 5 and can last there usually till 21. but most get out before 20. in there you learn everything about football and basically every football player has came from a academy. and for messi from the age of 5 to 10 he was is academies in Argentina. then he got scouted by FC Barcelona and played in barca’s academy from 10 to 17 where he got his debut. And also the youngest age a player can play professionally is 15 not 10😅 a great example of this is “lamine yamal” who made his professional debut last season at 15. you should react to him because he’s breaking ankles and the age of 16! amazing talent

Before Messi (and Ronaldo) scoring 20 to 25 goals a season would be called a great season for a striker. Imagine Messi scoring 73 goals in a season (Ronaldo scored 68 I believe, that same season).
