In midwestern U.S. there's a lot of old school, conservative, Christian towns where religion/Christianity is a big part of their town culture. When Clark saved the school bus, the other kid's mom isn't complaining. She's frantically trying to get them to admit that Clark is more than just a regular kid but some sort of "divine" being.

Same reaction I had when I saw this 10 years ago on theaters. 25:16 Zod introducing himself to humanity is actually quite scary if we take into account like alien contact scenarios in real life, like what if humanity were to recieve a sudden, global message from an extraterrestrial civilization, the uncertainty and potential threat could evoke the same mix of awe and terror seen on this scene. 36:21-36:30 That's right, you both are just witnessing the power of the Kryptonians if they were living on our planet. Imagine all the race of Superman would had survived and lived on another planet orbiting a yellow sun like ours, they would had become essentially gods.

HOLA CHICOS A curious fact, some fans did not like the ending, when Superman kills Zoe, because in the comics Superman "NEVER" kills. To start, how to watch this universe in order, the first thing would be: Man of Steel (2013) Batman V Superman Ultimate Edition (2016) Wonder Woman (2017) and ZACK SNYDER's JUSTICE LEAGUE (2021). I do not recommend watching Suicide Squad (2016) because right now they are debating whether to release the definitive director's version: David Ayer. Oh, this universe, thanks to Zack Snyder's fans for claiming Warner Bros for the director's version of JUSTICE LEAGUE, because without them it would never have been made in 2021, which they are now also doing for the Suicide Squad version (2016), they call this universe: SNYDERVERSE. That being said, the other DCEU movies that follow (from 2017 to 2023) for Zack's fans, don't feel like they are connected as a universe and the tone changes a lot comparing them, because Warner Bros wanted to imitate MARVEL STUDIOS in short words. [Before I forget, the movies: JOKER (2019), THE BATMAN (2022) and JOKER: Folie à Deux (2024), are not like spin-offs, they are something like other universes, separate, to create new Batman and Joker stories separately] For now, with the new Superman trailer that just came out, it will be a "reboot" from scratch. But who knows, SNYDERVERSE fans still haven't given up since 2017, if you watch the 2017 JUSTICE LEAGUE version (where the director had to leave in the middle of the movie, due to the tragic family situation) and compare it to the director's version of 2021. You will know why fans still don't give up on this.

Zack Snyder excels in two areas: VFX and cinematography. I stand by this for all his films, from 300 to Zack Snyder's Justice League. Visually, his work is stunning. However, I’m not a big fan of Man of Steel from a narrative standpoint. The film follows heavily in the footsteps of The Dark Knight, which asked the question, “What if Batman existed in the real world?” Man of Steel not only applies that same question to Superman but also adopts the overall dark tone, a significant departure for a Superman movie. So hopefully these are all aspects we see improved in Superman (2025) which should be getting a trailer this week.

Definitely watch Batman v Superman: Ultimate Edition and Zack Snyder's Justice League soon. But watch those films by giving attention to the subtle details and themes. The portrayal of each character is carefully crafted in those films and they all tie together in perfect harmony. SPOILERS The journey of Kal-El is birth-death-resurrection. He gives his life for those who hate him for simply existing. He is an immigrant. He does this because he's the child of two fathers who believe in choice and its higher value. At his worst moments, he doubts himself but he is reminded by his father's old story about his mom which basically tells the person you love the most can make your world simple and smaller/or an island you can swim towards and that he/she can give you enough reason to die for that person/world. He gives his life for Lois and his parent's/her world and all the people who does or doesn't believe in Superman. Because he sees that there is enough goodness in the world. When he's in doubt he gets reminded by it. With his good will, he can turn the ones who fallen into the deepest pits of hopelessness (Batman for example) and make them believe that every human life is valuable. Not only by wearing a giant letter that means ''Hope'' on his chest but being the literal meaning behind that word. He gives humans another chance to make better choices by defeating Zod and Doomsday. They turn the favor by giving him a second chance. You can find infinite amount of details and symbolisms in these three films that the fans discovered throught the years. You can find the first concepts for the next two Justice League films online that the director exhibited and read what will happen at the end of Snyderverse. If i can summarize all with a single sentence: ''THE ENTIRE WORLD BECOMES A JUSTICE LEAGUE''

Please react to Superman from 1978. Christopher Reeve will always be Superman to millions of people. This film doesn’t have the comic book lore of Supermans history. Henry Cavill does become a fantastic Superman in the movies after this, but please try the original movie. George Reeves was the second to Kirk Alyn’s Superman back in the black and white era but Christopher Reeve became the first movie box office Superman. I actually met Henry Cavill about 12-13 yrs ago, i live in Pedreguer, Costa Blanca and he was filming in Moraira, Teulada, Denia and Alicante for the film Cold Light Of Day, another film for you to react to, also starring Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver.

Be sure to watch Batman v superman ultimate edition not the theatrical release. also when time for Justice League make sure you watch Zack Snyder's Justice league only..the theatrical release was by another director. (It has references to SnyderVerse, but a terrible cameo at the end caused by the horrible studio decisions made before) 8-Birds of Prey 9-Wonder Woman 1984 (Simply a terrible film, do not watch) 10-Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021) (SnyderVerse) (Original intented version a.k.a. #SnyderCut of Justice League with 2 more additional hours, a masterpiece) After many years of fan support, Zack Snyder's Justice League was released in 2021 and around the release Snyder said that he only considers his movies as a connected storyline. His fans see the other DCEU films until ZSJL which was shot by other directors corrupted because of the immense studio interference. The director of both Wonder Woman fims, Petty Jenkins admitted that every director who made a DCEU film until her WW1984 saw ZSJL story as canon. Warner Brothers, to this day, doesn't consider ZSJL as canon to the DCEU. So for Snyder and his fans, the SnyderVerse is only Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Ultimate Edition and Zack Snyder's Justice League. There are 6 more films after these 10 but not a single of them is worth watching. Gunn fans say The Suicide Squad (2021) is a great film but you can quickly check its box office. It's one of the biggest box office bombs in the cinema history ever. It's also not canon to any other DC films but only a series made by Gunn again. That series Gunn made also got a Justice League cameo in it but it shows only two of the actors while all the other ones are appear like shadows. And Cyborg is not included in that shot because the actor exposed racist Joss Whedon so the studio removed his character from everywhere. Also Gunn was with friends with Whedon.

Parte 3. I can garantice you that after Justice League 2017 DC went downhill for listening to haters and biased critics which is ironic cause this new trailer of Superman that they are loving and trying to hype as DC’s salvation and new perfect take is a cheap remake of Man of Steep and Batman v Superman so I don’t know where all those complaints went. But since 2017 DC hasn’t been able to put it together. It got so bad in quality, incoherent and it is not even worth watching. The world agrees with me, personally I stopped watching after Birds of prey, not even the remaining cast of the SnyderVerse could save DC of Warner’s terrible decisions. Let’s hope that justice gets done and we get to see the SnyderVerse conclude properly soon cause it is the best of the best of DC

Parte 2. Once you have watched those 5 movies, the next one in line is Aquaman 1, that movie could actually be watched as part of the SnyderVerse (since behind the scenes Aquaman’s director spoke with Snyder to try to respect as much as he could his vision but still had to compromise it, it’s funny you mention Sydney being the center of an invasion cause in the original concept art of Aquaman1 in the SnyderVerse the ending involved the justice league helping Aquaman to stop the invasion that his brother orchestrated but that didn’t happen cause warner separated everything from the SnyderVerse, still the one released in Theaters wasn’t that bad, it still felt like a DC movie even Momoa ( Aquaman’s actor ) promoted the movie as part of the SnyderVerse and that got them big numbers in the box office but the soft reboot started to feel from now on) BUT officially it is not part of the SnyderVerse due some inconsistencies in the storyline, at this point you can watch Justice League 2017 before or after Aquaman 1, I would prefer after or even never cause that movie is a sacrilege but that’s up to you and then you just continue with all the other movies that were released after 2017 in the DCEU, here the list in order of release: Aquaman 1, Shazam 1, Birds of prey, Wonder Woman 2, The suicide squad , Black Adam, Shazam 2, The Flash, Aquaman 2, Blue Beetle.

The DCEU (as fans named it) started in 2013 with man of steel but the situation in DC is very complicated cause the 5 first movies of the DCEU separate themselves in 2 universes, the SnyderVerse which is the original plan of Snyder for the DCEU and the DCEU that after the fifth movie got a soft reboot due to Warmer choices but both universes share the same 4 first movies starting with Man of Steel, then Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition, Suicide Squad Extended Cut (we are waiting for the original directors cut of it #ReleaseTheAyerCut) and Wonder Woman 1 then the fifth movie which is Justice League changes everything. Here’s the thing, Justice League separates everything cause there are 2 versions of it, the one that was released in 2017 which is a Frankenstein and personally I recommend to never watch and the original version that was released until 2021 called Zack Snyders Justice League, my advise for you is to focus first and only in the SnyderVerse Watch : Man of Steel, then Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition, Suicide Squad Extended Cut, Wonder Woman 1 AND Zack Snyders Justice League cause that’s how it was supposed to be, and to have a better impression and experience of the real and original DCEU. You have the opportunity to star in the right way, should take it, I wish I had that option… but Right there the SnyderVerse ends and so does the original DCEU.

Superman is my favorite superhero of all time but this movie is not a Superman movie. This movie is an abmoniation. Zack Snyder Superman is not Superman with all do respect to Henry Cavil He got screwed by Nolan and Zack Snyder who no nothing about Superman and what he repesent. If you want to see a real Superman movie you should watch Christoper Reeve Superman movies at least 1 and 2.
