In one of the alternate versions of the end Grace was going to die. Daniel’s aunt was persistent because her Husband died in the opening and to her it was the fact that if her Husband had to die so should Grace.

I am glad they didn't kill her. I kind of wish Daniel would have resurrected since he was trying to help her and joined her at the end.

She won the game by making it til the morning! Once Aunt Helene tried to attack Grace after dawn, (which was considered cheating) that’s when everyone gets taken out! Alex wasn’t killed until Grace asked for a divorce & technically left the family!

Love this movie. I watched it in theaters on my Birthday, I had never heard of it. Pleasantly surprised, the actors all did a great job. Never have ever loved and Hated all the villains at the same time aside from Daniel. The Women specifically are my favorites. Daniel’s Aunt “the Witch” is the bride in the opening, her husband was sacrificed.

Scream (2022) aka Scream 5 was done by this team, radio silence. Also the brother was played by Adam Brody was also in scream 4. This movie was made because the directors were inspired by the late and great Wes Craven. It reminded me of people of under the stairs.

I mean a little kid shot her...even if they can change, you have to defend yourself when you are trapped in a house with people who have weapons and are actively trying to kill you. Even if almost everyone changed, who are they going to back if even one person is trying to kill Grace and Grace fights back? Plus, they showed no actual signs of wanting to not kill her....at least from Grace's perspective.

The mother yelling at Grace she wasn't going to let her destroy their family as if Grace asked to be part of this mess. At least recognize she's just defending herself, even if you are going to be the bad guy trying to kill her. Don't act like you're some innocent victim.

Eh, Alex could have a happy life without getting married. He'd just have to find someone who was okay with spending their lives together without officially getting married, or, like it was heavily implied Daniel did with Chastity, finding someone who was okay with the truth. That would be difficult to do, yes, but that's still better than getting someone to marry you without letting them know exactly what they're risking. He could have easily just told her that he wanted to be with her and would be faithful and give her anything she wanted...just not marriage. Being wiling to risk the chance of having to kill her, over being willing to risk the chance that she'd leave him without an official marriage, is just selfish which is why it didn't surprise me that he turned bad in the end.

EXACTLY. That, and the fact that, even if she didn't pull this card, he involved her in the curse for the rest of her life. At best, when the other two kids get married and their kids do, it may be a problem for her. At worst, her ability to have kids and see their lives curbed by the curse could be a huge problem too. Alex can be happy but that doesn't mean he must be happy with her.

I guess they can't remote stop the car if it's running, but they can stop you from restarting it if it has been turned off. They can also activate the hazard lights without showing they're activated and track it as you're driving, so the police can find it easier. I'm not sure it makes sense for them to report the car stolen, though. If the company stops the car (as shown) and they can get to Grace before the police (as they did), it works for them. But if the police get to her first, they have found a bloody young woman who has obviously been attacked. Even if they arrest her rather than taking her to the hospital, that takes her away from the ritual. Unless they are paying off the police, which sounds like a big conspiracy when this rarely happens (the wrong card) and the person rarely gets out of the house (probably never before).

The game's not always hide and seek though- that's the only dealthy one with the ritual proposition. It's a devil curse movie so unlikely makes sense lol. But yes, that's why anyone entering the family should know about the curse, because you're kinda in it for your entire life, and your kids will be too.

Literally, that’s what I hate. I feel so bad for Charles. I hope that in the end Grace can show them the bodies to prove that she didn’t kill them and that they were trying to kill her and that they had killed multiple people before that they can marry Charles properly.

Contact (1997) (Based on Carl Sagan novel- really intellectual and thought provoking but keeps you on the edge of your seat!) 2. Deep Impact (1998) (90's disaster asteroid movie: but with a lot of character development, heart, and portrayal of humanity: also has quite good and realistic special effects. I always find myself absorbed in it every time I watch) 3. Contagion (2011) (this would be very interesting to watch in light of COVID- very well done film)
