Probably should've gotten yourself a nice cold pint. But seriously, I watched this movie just recently, and I loved it! I'm actually now interested in checking out the rest of the Cornetto Trilogy. And yes, I said "trilogy". Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, and Nick Frost did three movies relating to Cornetto ice cream, making it a trilogy. The other two films are Hot Fuzz and The World's End. George A. Romero (the man who created the zombie movie subgenre with Night of the Living Dead) saw this film, too, and he was a big fan. So much so that he invited Wright and Pegg to make a cameo in his latest Dead film at the time, Land of the Dead!

Yes please to rewatching Hot Fuzz. Have you ever seen Fawlty Towers or Absolutely Fabulous? Both amazing British comedy tv shows, and also Yes, Minister - I haven’t seen any reactors watch any of them.

Others have said it but.....Please check out 'Spaced', & 'Black Books', starring many of the same cast! Also 'Psychoville' & 'Mongrels' are Great show's! p.s. The "We're coming to get you barbera...' line is a call back to the original zombie movie 'Night of the living dead' from 1968 by George A Romero😉Also worth a watch!

Decent reaction to probably the best zombie-romcom that's ever been made. Especially with this one it does help to get the humour if you've seen Spaced beforehand. The other two in the cornetto trilogy moved away from that kind of humour very slightly, although they are still an homage to two particular film genres.
