Studio Pierrot was responsible for animation production of the series. The director for the series is Shuhei Morita and that was also the only and last time he worked as a series director in anime. He left the project after the second season because the producers at aniplex talked him into it have in the creative processes. Sui Ishida who created the manga worked together with the director to make the anime different from the manga but because aniplex got too involved in the creative processes the two left after the second season and it's hard to see on TG Re because he has many things done in season 2 are no longer appealing in TG Re anime

A very good choice of anime. The first opening song is also the best song. As the story progresses and I grasp the content, I realize that it is a very sad and painful story. It's a conflict between different races, and the world is incompatible with each other because there are justice and ideas on both sides. Kaneki as a half-ghoul is an anime with a painful conflict between him as a human being and as a ghoul.

Read the manga. I read the manga before watching the anime and they skip out so much that it's criminal. The anime skips out the entire power system and world building which is one of the best part and they butcher the characters completely.

Tokyo Ghoul is way better if you read the manga bcs The anime was rushed and they also skipped and changed many stuff. So is better to just read the manga.

One of the things im upset that they left out in the anime is that Kaneki says that if he were to be a protagonist of a novel(lol) it would be a tragedy. Just a favorite line of mine. But we still root for Kaneki anyways

Not at all related to this show but I do want to point out that in Demon Slayer demons aren’t necessarily a “known thing”. They’re more of like a myth or scary legend. Like vampires and werewolves in our world. Sure they could exist and if they actually did we probably wouldn’t be extremely surprised but nobody actually believes they exist

There's many animes thats very well ahead of their time when it comes to animation, there's guilty crown and K:project, some might argue with this but code geass S2 has some good animation as well.
