cyclops power is actually that his eyes are portals to a dimension that is pure energy. He should be able to control it, but he got head trauma as a child and therefore the portals are always open. His glasses disperse the energy, the combat glasses can open with the press of a button, thats how he uses his power

Wolverine's main mutation is his healing factor, but his claws are a secondary mutation. He has actual bone claws that were coated with Adamantium like the rest of his skeleton.

9:28 - I'd say Deadpool is most powerful. His self-awareness is just too OP. Other Marvel characters also break fourth wall, but Iron-man (for example) is just billionaire Tony Stark. Deadpool knows he is not just Wade Wilson, he is a ficitional character cast by Ryan Reynolds. Deadpool can even interact with writing processes and scripts, and change the outcpmes (that is way cooler than time travel)

Wolverine healing ability can not heal limb, Deadpool can. If wolverine lost an arm, it will permanently lost. Cyclops on the other hand, he can shoot laser without the glassed, but he can't control it so he need the glasses to fully control his power Wolverine originally have healing ability but after some problem, he discovers that have have more than one mutant ability which is his claws but when he discovers that, the claw simply his bone, no metal

Same goes for the past and present with the location you're going to. If you had the power of knowing the future with intellect then that's now you can stop him

I mean, the way he desribes it, it's not that he can travel through time. It's that he has complete power over time and can manipulate it at will. He would basically be existing out of time, with the ability to alter the past, present, and future as he wishes.
