Hi this video was posted 2 years ago. I'm wondering if you're still recommending salmon on pregnant women's diet. My OB told me to stay away from it as it may contain high levels of mercury that can negatively impact my pregnancy

Is it normal to have my boobs stop hurting? What about clear discharge in early pregnancy. I have my 8week check up coming in end of Oct I’m just hitting 6weeks but since I’ve had a history of miscarriage I’m freaking out from everything😢

Thanks for asking! Yes both of those things can be normal. Especially the breasts not hurting. I always recommend you have your healthcare provider assess discharge to rule out infection but clear discharge is normal. I am sending you love and light and healing thoughts.
