@@HypnobirthingWithAnja well, I am just preparing myself for pregnancy, as my partner decided to make one last time we were intimate and I know that I was ovulating. so its day 3 and i feel anxious, tired , and breast pain. I considered a plan b but he said to just let it happen , our due date would be aug 2nd 2022. hoping for a girl. Thanks for asking, the meditation is great. I will start exercise Thursday

I'm getting closer to the end of my first trimester. When I was 16 I had a miscarriage. The level of fear is unreal. But I try to embrace what is going on with my body and the baby now. This meditation hit me and I got very emotional. Lol just the thought of how much I love my little dancer made me cry just thinking about giving them their first bath at home, laying them down to sleep and waking up in the morning and giving my baby love. I have really been worried wether or not my body can handle it and I feel like the more I listen to this the more confident I will feel. Just over 10 weeks 💓💙

I feel the same way I had a miscarriage at 18 and then I had a successful pregnancy at 20… but I didn’t find out til 21+ weeks so I skipped the first and most of the second trimester… so now I am experiencing the emotional and mental consequences of being in the first trimester for the first time!

I appreciate this meditation so much. I do it first in the morning; before doing anything else. These affirmations remind me that I am building a human being; from cellular to completion. My body is miraculous; no matter what others say. Thank you for making these affirmations available without a charge attached. I appreciate being reminded to connect with my baby; to be gentle with myself and to be calm. There is so much fear and anxiety that is thrown at pregnant woman; even from well meaning people. It's so incredibly helpful to be able to sit within our space and feel healthy and positive about the incredible experience we are undertaking .

Today last year I found out I was pregnant & then suffered a miscarriage, fast forward a year later the very same day I found out I’m pregnant again . It’s normal to feel fear , and anxiety about going through another MC , but I as well as anyone else deserve to enjoy this pregnancy as it is a separate pregnancy & everything is going to be okay ❤️ we will have a healthy rainbow 🌈 baby & will cast away fear & doubt . This meditation is amazing, it eased my anxiety so much. This is my first time pregnant and I am only 5 weeks along. @@HypnobirthingWithAnja not much nausea at the moment. There are moments i feel queesy but so far so good. Feeling very tired mainly and so so bloated! Feeling little pinches and mild cramps every now and again which i hate but have to keep reminding myself that there's a lot going on in there 😊 x

I am pregnant for the first time and haven't seen the doc yet or anything like that (later this month) and losing the baby didn't even really occur to me. Until it did. I have anxiety and massive nausea and this meditation helped me connect with my baby for the first time and made me realize that my fear of losing them, is based in love! I don't want to ever give up this love! Thank you !

This meditation was fantastic, thank you. At the start of this video, ny breath was shallow and fast, I was having real bad anxiety. It's very early in my pregnancy and I just won't allow myself to enjoy it, my brain keeps scaring me into thinking something might happen. But the end of it, I was full on sobbing from joy. I am really excited to introduce my baby to this world. I just want to be the best version of myself as possible so I can be a good role model for them. I kept thinking of my two grandmas and my partner's grandmas who have all passed away. All 4 of those women were so strong, sweet, and loved by many. They were some of the women who helped shaped my and my fiance's life and I wish they could be here to meet our baby. But the part of them that still exists within us will be passed on to our child and that is one reason why I can't wait to meet them.

I miscarried 5 months ago and am pregnant now again. I constantly worry about the worst happening but I really dont want to. @@HypnobirthingWithAnja thank you! Yes it’s amazing. Actually we couldn’t be further away, I’m in Australia and she’s back home in UK. Before the restrictions I used to get home a lot. Hopefully things will get better but thankful for WhatsApp. We actually will find out the gender next week with a 10 week blood test check up. X

I'm 7 weeks along with my third pregnancy, and I lost my baby in the second one at 12 weeks. Honestly I've been so anxious and worried after knowing I'm pregnant again and afraid the same thing will happen.. thanks for this positive affirmation. I really need to hear that.

Thanks for this meditation Anja! It’s really helped me relax, I’ve not long found out I’m 4 weeks pregnant after trying for 7 years, 3 natural miscarriages and one following an FET last December. Hi Anja, I am Gracia. Thank you so very much for this calming and lovely meditation. I am so grateful I found your video. I also had a miscarriage 4 years ago and have been trying to conceive since then.. now I am in the 7th week of pregnancy (still cannot believe it). I was so afraid that something will go wrong again and that fear has made me unsure about everything going on with my body (no nausea or other main symptoms besides the unusual tiredness. I haven't meet the doctor yet, no ultrasound yet to check everything is fine inside. But after listening and meditating with this, I feel really calm and gain more confident. I cried because this video remind me of how much we want this baby and that we deserve a joyful journey together. I will talk more often to the baby even though I cannot feel anything yet. I am going to believe in myself and the baby that we can go through this joyfully and safely

9 weeks pregnant. Started bleeding a week ago. Was a heartbeat two days ago but bleeding has gotten very heavy. Have another ultrasound tomorrow. If you’re reading this please pray for me and my baby❤️🥺 already had a miscarriage. Very scared.

Thank you Anja. This was lovely. I plan to do it at least three times as you mentioned. I am pregnant with twins and i am 6 weeks and 3 days prrgnant. I wanted to do a home birth, but hopefully now with the twins i have to do it in the hospital. Any insights on this from your side? Many thanks and namaste🙏

Huge congratulations! I hope your pregnancy is going well ❤️ It is possible to have a home birth with twins but it depends on the position of the babies in the final weeks of pregnancy. Ideally one baby has to be head down, preferably both babies. With an experienced care team, it is possible but often a hospital birth is advised to ensure the safe delivery of your twins and also your safety. I recommend speaking to your maternity care provider about this to see what they recommend. I'm really happy to hear that you liked the meditation. Thanks so much for listening to it 😘

I'm sure there is a way! You may want to go to your daughter's house and sit quietly with her and place your hands on your daughter's tummy. Then both close your eyes, listen to some calming music and breathe deeply. Think of some positive words to send to the baby through your hands, whatever comes into your mind. ❤️

Hi! If you listen without headphones you should be able to hear my voice as well as the music. I'm sorry about this but when I was new to KZbin, I recorded meditations without realizing that my voice was only heard through one ear bud/headphone side. Once I realized this, I changed my recording software settings. You can still hear the meditation vocals without headphones but if you just had one ear bud in my voice may sound extremely quiet. My apologies x
