I’m a boy mom. 2 boys, I have 3 sisters and I had no names picked out bc we could not decide on any. Never had to care for a baby boy had no idea what I was getting into. U got time. Ur an amazing mom. U got this !

I went through gender disappointment with my second as well and I felt like I was a horrible mom for feeling that way... but the moment she was born those feelings disappeared like they never existed 💖 my son and my daughter are night and day in a lot of ways and I am absolutely thankful for both of them and the experiences they've given me and the growth we've attained because of eachother ❤❤❤

Also my daughter wasn't named until after she was born because my ex-husband and I weren't really agreeing on anything either lol I looked over at him with her in my arms and asked "Karli?" and he nodded and said yes... so just try to breathe and know it will all come together, even if it isn't in a "timely" manner 😄

I've been struggling with depression and gender disappointment for two years now. Despite loving my son dearly, I yearned for a daughter. At 44, with my husband not wanting more children, I'm finding it challenging to cope and move forward. My heart and mind are still adjusting to this unexpected path.Honestly, I'm struggling to accept our family dynamics. Two years ago, I welcomed another precious son, but my heart longed for a daughter. I had saved some of my barbies and dolls and princess books.Loving him unconditionally, yet grieving the loss of that daughter dream. Now, at 44, with my husband complete, I'm grappling to find closure.

We named our son the day he was born bc I couldn’t find a boy name I liked in both Spanish and English, we went with Aidan and I love it. Don’t stress too much it’ll come to you. Sending you a virtual hug amiga! ❤️

Ugh been there done that 6 times!! Morning sickness for me was all day as well, needed to keep eating throughout the day. I tried everything, a lot of people swear by ginger chews but that didn’t work for me! Hoping it gets better for you, I know it will ❤ each one of my pregnancies I craved one thing 1st pregnancy was sari sari, 2nd saimin, 3rd grilled cheese and frozen canned fruits, 4th saimin, 5th eggs with salt, 6th cereal and pancakes lol!!

I’m so sorry you’ve been thru so much! Hopefully it’s all uphill from here! ❤ I’m sure you’ll find a name you both love. It took me all 9 months to come up with daughters name. 2 boys first then 1 daughter. The most different was the girl but all 3 somewhat different. Anyway, take care and God Bless! ❤️

Maybe you may need to wait until you see him before you know what you want to call him. My first I had a girl named picked out and when she was born, I changed it because the first name didn’t fit her. My second ended up with that name and the names fit them so well. ❤️
