I can understand why people would think that considering his social media (even though I haven't seen it) but it's not necessarily a hate crime because it wasn't simply just him targeting "white people." It was a terrorism , domestic terrorism , sure. He was targeting ANYONE at that parade just to torture people in general. I can definitely agree with that. I think he just wanted to inflict pain on ANYONE or there. Not just white people were hit. Domestic terrorism is just as bad, that's what I think of should've been qualified as.

When DB asked Nicole if she got a license plate from the suv that hit her, I wanted her to ask him if he has ever been hit by a car! He has no regard whatsoever for the people whose bodies he ripped apart with the vehicle. Who is thinking logically when they’ve been hit by a moving motor vehicle? This judge really needs to shut him the hell up and restrict some of these questions. Every body has to walk on eggshells around his rights, so why don’t the witnesses or victims have any rights in this courtroom?

I loathe the fact that this cretin was able to cross examine this poor woman and all of the others who were affected by his actions. I loathe his moronic objections, his ignorance of the law, and his overall ludicrous behavior. NO ONE forgot that this was a public trial. I don’t care that it was public. That fact doesn’t mean that anyone’s personal information, regardless of how small of an amount or seemingly insignificant the information was, should just be placed in the public view. If he’s going to think of it that way…then ALL of his information should have also been made publicly available. Nothing of him or his background should have been withheld. HE needs to remember that he is an abusive loser of a human being who decided to murder and inflict harm upon innocent people because his girlfriend hurt his “fee fees”.

um, have you seen the entire trial? He’s horrible
@darleneklebacha31092 жыл бұрын
Not at all is he doing a good job. His entire defense is based on the plaintiff in this matter, the plaintiff in this matter, which he states annoyingly over and over and over and over again, which every time he says it its comparable to drinking an entire bottle of epicac syrup in my eyes. Considering the disgusting number of times this waste of oxygen has been through the courts I'm truly surprised he doesn't have a tiny bit more knowledge on how a courtroom and its proceedings operate. Everyone knows that while in court lawyers dont just speak whenever they damn well please, argue with the judge about everything under the sun, or keep continuing to argue over the judge when you dont like the answer they've given. It's also pretty safe to say everyone knows that any murderer that decides to represent themselves should be smart enough to realize they should at least brush up on the very basics of law, so as to not look like a total moron. I believe that even the criminal that holds the lowest IQ on record has the ability to understand who the plaintiff is in a criminal matter and would be able to come to the conclusion that if they in fact didn't understand the whole plaintiff thing then they shouldn't represent themselves. To not hold the brain cells to comprehend that a state can't testify, or even what "the state" represents and means is downright embarrassing, and watching everyone in that courtroom in amazement and disbelief that one person can contain so much stupidity when he brings the subject up repeatedly even gives me second-hand embarrassment for the dumbass from afar. I'm sure everyone in that courtroom would LOVE to explain to him that he is clearly trying to apply things that are required for civil court, but sadly, well and happily at the same time, they just aren't allowed. In criminal matters the prosecution MAY suggest the accuser testify if it will better their odds at a conviction, such as assault or abuse or rape, but in no way does the accuser HAVE to face the accused in such cases. Like, how on earth can he not grasp that he IS facing his accuser?? The state brought the charges, and the damn state has been sitting at the next table every single day for God's sake. How can any normal person not understand that?? Does he think that when someone is on trial for murder that the person they murdered is somehow able to take a vacation from their final resting place and hop on over to the police station and open a lawsuit against the person that murdered them and then when trial starts the murdered party hops back on out to attend the trial so that the accused can face the accuser?? Surely there is no one that damn dumb right? Or how about a 4 year old child abuse victim? Should they jump on their big wheel and head on over to the courthouse to press charges on their asshole parents for abusing them? The only thing this vile human is doing a good job at is letting everyone that watches this see what a stupid horrible inhumane creature looks like, and his lack of intelligence in all aspects of life. Well, he's also doing a good job of showing anyone in the future that will be going on trial for the murder of 6 people that it's probably not a good idea to represent yourself. Yep, doing a very fine job at that. He will never hold any shame for what he did that night, nor will he hold any for putting his victims through this second nightmare that he's created. It's appalling that there are people like this in the world, and no amount of explanation to them will ever make them able to have empathy or concern for another person because they just don't have the capacity to see outside of their own selfish head and selfish needs and hold the dilusion that they are somehow above every other person on the planet. He's disgusting, and the only thing he is at all pretty good at is being a career criminal.
