For future modern Audi details, check the front seats as they have a leg rest which you can pull out (the extra bit which is divided from the rest of the front seat). It's something many people don't realise and there can be a lot of dirt beneath the leg rests, just wanted to let you and everyone else detailing newer Audi's know! :)

@@TexasFury We have a 2017 model. So far pretty reliable. Had a small coolant leak a couple years ago that was fixed under $500 and just this summer all the refrigerant leaked out of the A/C system. Another $600 repair. Overall a very good car over the last 5 years and 115000km. We also have a 2017 Q7 which despite the greater complexity vs the A4, has had a complete lack of issues at 120000km. Both the 2.0T in the A4 and the 3.0 supercharged in the Q7 burn about 2-3L of oil between oil changes. We have a friend who also have a 2017 Q7, theirs with just over 200000km. Their only issues have been a small coolant leak and a failed oil pressure switch. It seems that as long as you can stomach the tire replacement costs ($2000 every year or two), are okay with eternally black brake dust coated front wheels, and take care of them, they’ll take care of you. Not as reliable as our old Acuras, but still pretty good.

That was fun to see a high end luxury sedan get the treatment. The reveal shots could be used for a Audi commercial you did them so well. So the sedan door has a magic light that reflects the 4 audi circles with a gecko next to them? What is that? And don't get me started on the large and poorly designed foot pedals. I would think a snowy boot would slide right off there. However, despite the idiosyncrasies of the Audi, you made it look great. Very excited for the next build videos. Me too! I used to work in the wash bay at a Ford dealership and I always wondered why come carpets were easier to vacuum than others. The carpets in Ford trucks were always easier to vacuum than in Ford Escapes. I think the hardest was a 2012 Dodge Journey trade-in.

@@cindyens2053 My 2001 Escape had the worst carpet I've ever seen. It would just disintegrate when I vacuumed it. Glad to have my Honda Element now that doesn't even have carpet. For most vehicles, I think carpet is just silly. Smooth rubber/vinyl floors make so much more sense.

I also prefer just the natural sounds to music, something soothing about hearing the water spraying! I guess you should mark all these videos as ASMR now! 😂 These cars are pretty common here in the UK, we don't often see the huge 'gas guzzlers' you guys seem to prefer. Our roads are narrower and more snakey than Canadian roads, so a good handling, lithe car can be a joy to drive on them.
