Great PSA there about being careful and what you might find in other peoples’ vehicles - from tampons to dried vomit to ‘sharps’, you must have seen it all by now! Amazing job with this one, that was naaaaasty. Very impressed with how you tackled that dye transfer stain.

11 hours for a vehicle this size just confirms how filthy this car was prior to you performing another miraculous transformation. Thanks too for showing us how you use the steamer on hard to remove stains--I didn't think the denim dye transfer or some of the other stains would come out, but you made it happen! Very satisfying to see the stains gone and the seats looking new again. You are the best detailer on youtube!

Hey, just a suggestion. It may be worth purchasing yourself a pair of puncture resistant gloves (like law enforcement wears) for working on vehicles like this. They can be pricey, but definitely worth it considering the danger that sharps can present.

Did you watch with the sound off? He said the owner bought it super cheap, probably at an auction for abandoned cars. If you can restore it yourself, or know someone who can, this is a very cheap way to get a car, if budget is tight. :)

@@conv1cted752 Easy there. 😅 I get that some people have filthy habits with their cars; I don't deny that. I do try to understand rather than judge, but what you think is your own business, not mine. But if this was an abandoned car, then it was probably not one person, but multiple people who used it for various purposes, and didn't care what it looked like. Which is why I pointed out that in this particular case, the owner was not the 'bad guy'.

@TheDetailGeek As a healthcare worker who worked in the community and saw this kind of thing as well, I wouldn't just wear latex gloves in this situation, I'd wear gardening gloves as well, where the finger tips and palm areas are covered with textured rubber..

I purchased some of the Detail brushes such as the Ultra Soft Brush and Boar’s Hair brush when cleaning Computers along with Amazon mini vacuum cleaner and a mini blower. The brushes does a pretty good job when cleaning the dust around the CPU and exhaust fans and the CPU Cooler rads and fans along the tight spots around the case and motherboard.

I don't know if you're familiar with the laundry cleaning section of Walmart, Target, etc, but there are products that are made for specific stains. It's a group of small bottles, and one is for fabric dye bleed. I've used it with good results. I can't remember the brand name, but they're usually by the pre-treat products. Good job, tho.

Just curious, for vacuuming the carpet, I have seen videos of people using a back massager to vibrate the carpet so the it loosens up the dirt. Have you tried this method? Love your videos BTW

This definitely makes for an amazing transformation of before and after the only problem and being a detailer myself, is the customer usually lets the car go right back to the state it was in before Detailing unless this is the new owner then that might not be the case. Outstanding job on the transformation.

Nice work. I have a 2019 Fusion. Good to know it can take abuse and still come out looking good. Not that I would ever let it get to this state, I usually get a full detail on my vehicles every other year. Would I buy this Trade-in? Probably not, if the prior owner didn't take care of its appearance, they didn't bother much with the mechanicals. You might find enough change inside to buy yourself a small Slurpee at 7-Eleven.

Wow!! That Sapphire blue paint is stunning!! 💙 I have a 2017 Fusion SE in Gold with the same cream colored interior and I just LOVE it!! I would prefer the standout Blue paint but for practicality I pick out the more neutral Silver, Pearl and Gold exterior paint colors to hide the dust and dirt better 👍

Try out Bridgepoint carpet cleaning products- Flex Citrus, Fire, and Ice. I’m not sure if you still use Lightning Fast by CG, and I’m not saying that’s a bad product, but if you want as good as/better results FASTER, give them a try. Sometimes Ph neutral cleaners(solvents) just don’t cut it.
