It’s from the uni. They put it in your room upon arrival, so I’m guessing you’ll be receiving one as well

You can’t change the curtains, and you can hang whatever you want as long as they don’t damage the walls xx

Hi, do you know what storage unit this is? Is it IKEA? Looking for some inserts for the empty bits. Do you know the measurements of those empty space bits?

I’m not sure what storage unit it is and I’m not sure of the measurements but if you got to 16:34 in the video, I had a snack box in one of the bits and there was still a lot of space left. The measurements for the box is (H)28 x (W)27 x (D)27cm. The height and depth fits perfectly, but if you want something a bit wider you can get one with a wider width but same height and depth and it’ll still fit. I hope that answers your question 😊

How far is Parkwood from the campus? What’s the walk like?

It depends on where you are in Parkwood. It’s quite huge. Some places will be a 5min walk to campus and some places further back will be around 15mins to campus

Hi would you say parkwood is the best accomodation at uni of Kent? I’ve heard from different people that they recommend this one more than anywhere else due to not only the rooms but stuff like parties etc

I wouldn’t say the best, but it’s amazing for student life because everything is close to you and it’s like a community in Parkwood. But in terms of room space, size and storage space, you can get more for the same/similar price in places like Tyler Court B/C where I’m currently staying and will upload a tour soon.

It’s really up to you as an individual. Every accommodation has pros and cons

Odd question…where was your clothes rail from as looking to buy one that fits in that space too - some of them are too wide at the bottom and your one fits well. Thanks 🙄

There’s parking outside all accommodations and it’s free on moving days

In Parkwood flats, they don’t. But there’s storage underneath the bed in Tyler Court B/C flats
