The investigation is still ongoing, and there has not been any Azerbijani conclusion to the matter. The plane flew through an attack by Ukrainian drones. So it is possible either a Ukrainian drone, or Chechen air defense damaged the plane. The "report" you are referring to is a double exclusive report appearing first in Euronews, then shortly after in an Azerbijani TV channel - both media citing an unidentified Azerbijani "official". Why not wait for the investigation, carried out by both Azerbijan and Russia in cooperation, to conclude?
