Taiwan Hit by Strongest Earthquake in 25 Years
The entire island of Taiwan was hit by a strong earthquake with magnitude 7.7 on April 3. According to the Taiwanese Central Weather Administration, the epicentre of the quake was in waters off the eastern coastline of Taiwan. It collapsed buildings in a southern city and created a tsunami that washed ashore on southern Japanese islands. Train service was also suspended across the island of 23 million people. However, things quickly returned to normal in the capital city of Taipei. This was reportedly the strongest earthquake after tremors with magnitude 7.6 struck the island in 1999, killing 2,400 people and destroying 5,000 buildings.

I remember reading about the shift or possible shift of the tectonic plates due to the melting of ice world wide. Seems that ice a mile thick over a continent is heavy causing the crust to sink. Melt the ice and it comes back. Creating the earthquake?

April has started, I knew something would be going to happen.. The number 4 means death in many asian countries (the word for Number 4 is the same for the word "death") , we currently have 2024, April is the 4th months of 2024 and basically the last strong Earthquake happened 24 years ago (it will be 25 years in September)~ also back in 2014 there were too many things crazy happening in asian countries (malaysia airlines crash x 2, air asia crash, sewol sinking, some people dying at a performance from girlband "4 Minute" (another number 4), a korean girlband having a car crash where 2 members died, and some more unusual things) and not to forget the Tsunami in Thailand back in 2004. I am flying to asia at least once a year, except for 2014 I skipped a year and this year I also wont go, I was still thinking of going with my friends, telling myself that I am just overthinking way too much, but first day of 2024 started with a strong earthquake in japan, second day a japanese airline plane caught fire, third day some important dude in korea got stabbed in the neck (or still second day?) , this was my sign to say Nope~ call me crazy but I really understand why there is no 4th floor in asian countries. lol
