The hamas deal was not because of Trump or Biden..but because of the timing. Post election vs pre election. The deal was already decided to be only accepted post election irrespective of who won..as the new president would have carte Blanche. Exactly! India and China have been opportunistic and it has worked thus far. Where is the backup plan knowing things could change? India is surrounded by ocean and. Sending rockets to the moon, collecting GST through the roof and building trains. Why are they not leasing the land in partnership with America to shale oil production or drilling around the outer edges. Singapore is a top oil rig manufacturer and ship builder.
